By altering the number of layers of material that we add into the mould, we are are able to tune the final performance of the TRAMPA decks relevant to the riders weight height & ability. Please use the FLEXOMETER above as a guide to help you choose the right ply board for you. TRAMPA's FLEXOMETER information is to be interpreted as a 'GUIDE ONLY' as there is no fixed rule as to which is the exact right deck for you. The weight, height & ability of the rider will all help determine which is the right sort of deck for you, but of course the most important factor is personal preference as to how the rider wants their deck to feel.... Some riders like it flexi, some like it firm, some like it very very stiff.... It depends on what you are doing on your board, i.e. freestyle, freeride, boarder-cross, altho there is guidance there is no right & no wrong just personal preference but when purchasing a deck from TRAMPA we want to make sure you get it exactly the way you want it! so if your stuck as to which one is the best for you them please drop as a line...

A GUMMIES Carve Board can cruise over cracks & bumps that might stop the STICKIES, and with none of the roll resistance found with pneumatic tyres, this board is a beast on smooth surfaces! Compatible with 44 tooth Slave Wheels, when paired with the right Motor Pulley this board will be cruising at 35mph no problem!

GUMMIES & URBAN Carve Boards use the MK2 Motor Mount Connection Panel. Stepping away from the Carbon Panels & Truck Adaptors, the Mk2 Motor Mount Connection Panel is an all-in-1, CNC’d T6 Aluminium panel that guarantees secure & accurate Drive Train attachment. 
Because both boards use the same Motor Mount Connection Panel, a quick & simple swap of Pulleys, Belts & Wheels gives a whole new board, with new terrains to shred. We’re offering PRO Carve Boards with these parts as a kit - for those keen to experience 2 boards in 1!

The beauty of the Carve board is in the set up – or rather – how you set it up… One choice of parts creates a board capable of straight-line bombing at insane speeds. Another choice & it’s a board so buttery it can turn any corner on a dime.

Carve boards are all available with Single or Twin Motors. Single motor boards are easier on the wallet, & will still hit the same eye-watering speeds as twin motors.
Twin motors split the brunt of the work, so less chance of motors over-heating, & twice the grip - so if you’re looking for a board that’ll fly off the line, you’ve got to go twin!
Carve boards can fit any of the 118-160Kv 6364 DC Motors we offer. 118Kv Motors are the choice for particularly hilly areas, whereas 160Kv Motors will carry you to some insane speeds!
Due to the extra space needed for two VESCs, we can currently only offer Twin Setups using the BIGGEST BEAST BOX.

Measuring just 850mm tip-to-tip, TRAMPA’s CARVER DECKS are balanced between being small enough to carry on a bus - & long enough to still feel substantial & stable beneath your feet at speed.
Using 35° angled tips, Carver Decks have the same flex & ‘pop’ as TRAMPA’s MTB decks, & work in conjunction with MINI SPRING TRUCK steering systems.

Carve boards come fitted with a rear-mounted BEAST BATTERY BOX. Rear-mounting the batteries ensures the deck doesn’t loose any flex or ‘pop’, while leaving all the space for freedom of foot-placement.
Carve Boards are compatible with Under-Board Battery Trays. Under-Board Battery Trays may look sleeker, but they sacrifice clearance on the bottom of the board, as well as the flex of the deck itself – BEAST BOXES solve both these issues.
Having the weight of the batteries over the rear helps to give the back wheels extra grip – perfect when carving-tightly.

Carve boards use MINI SPRING TRUCKS - TRAMPA’s most multifunctional steering system yet! A scaled down & improved version of TRAMPA’s already-amazing Spring Trucks, MINI SPRING TRUCKS give three points of adjustment to fine-tune the steering resistance - through Spring Adjustors, various colours of DAMPA, & finally by installing the springs closer or further away from the Kingpin.
MINI SPRING TRUCKS use reversible hangers – giving two sets of trucks in one! The axles have been mounted in an offset position, so when the hanger is reversed, the wheelbase length, ride-height and performance of the finished board is changed.

It’s possible to attach T6 Aluminum BULL BARS to your front truck, which not only knocks the road-kill out of the way & potentially mows the lawn as you go, but also allows you to connect all kinds of things from lights, cameras, Sat-Navs, or anything else you may need on the front end of your board.

Carve boards are able to fit any style of Bindings & Heel Straps we offer. Using bindings gives a whole new level of confidence & control over the board. Allowing you to really lean into turns, hop up curbs & tick tack - bindings are a true game changer on Carve Boards.

You will need to supply your own Batteries to make the boards move. There are many options when it comes to cells; desired range & budget usually determine the sort of cells you should purchase. People often ask us what cells to use - & there are hidden issues with some cells, such as availability, price, shipping restrictions, wrong connectors, or complexity of build (especially when it comes to making custom build batteries). Taking all these factors into consideration, we found a regular supply of good performance cells from a variety of suppliers & consequently built our Battery Boxes around them. 35° Original 9-69 Carve Deck

Measuring just 850mm in length, TRAMPA’s CARVER DECK is the perfect balance between being small enough to take on a bus, while still feeling substantial & stable under your feet at speed.

With 35° tips, Carve Decks have the same flex & ‘pop’ as TRAMPA’s MTB decks, making them the perfect ‘urban-board’ choice for Mountainboarders. Working in conjunction with Mini Spring Trucks, the resulting Carveboards have been described as “a whole new riding experience”.

TRAMPA's new & AMAZING 125mm GUMMIES Tyres are a 'Revolution' in the boarding world ;-) The GUMMIES Wheels are so good its as if the Longboard wheel has just been re-invented! The Gummies Tyres fit too & transform the performance of both of TRAMPA's HYPA & SUPERSTAR off road wheels, converting them into Supersized Longboard style wheels & are a completely new sensation & divine dream to ride!

Being 125mm in Diameter the GUMMIES Tyres are much larger than any other Longboard wheel on the market, whilst using High Quality SUPERSOFT Urethane (75a) & the same 50mm wide surface contact as the TRAMPA Stickies Longboard wheels not only do the GUMMIES Tyres perform like their name suggest (When riding on fresh tarmac / asphalt - Hard Packed surfaces, the GUMMIES Tyres stick like 'XXXX to a blanket' allowing the most insane turns & carves that you would not believe were possible) BUT the Super Soft Ultra Premium Urethane we have used also allows the GUMMIES Wheels to glide over cracks in the pavement & smash through the small obstacles that often get in the way when cruising around town, potentially jamming up smaller sized longboard wheels which can be well scary when it happens!!

Introducing the amazing VESC® 6 MKVI Speed Controller, the 6th major product update of the world famous VESC 6 motor controller product line. Packed with a variety of amazing new features, this VESC motor controller is certainly worthy of it’s pimpin’ gold logo.

New features, setting it aprt from the previous MKV edition are: Second UART port, increased current handling, SPI wired IMU, sensor voltage adjustment in software, Spin-To-Sart deactivation option, black anodized housing.

The first VESC controller capable of hibernating, your board can conserve power while not in use - reducing power consumption to just 20μA – less than the self-discharge rate of the batteries. Or with automatic power off, your VESC controller can switch itself off after a set amount of time.

No more loop keys! Compatible with power buttons / switches, the VESC 6 MKVI controller can be ready to go with a single press / flick. If desired, multiple devices can share a single button.

STS (Spin-To-Start) – it’s possible to set your board to power up with a small kick/nudge! This feature can now be enabled or disabled.

CARVE DRIVETRAINS ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO MODELS:

ORIGINAL carve motor mounts use super strong 3k Twill Carbon Mounting panels & T6 Aluminium Truck Connectors to create a drive train with an amazing strength : weight ratio.
Different Carbon Mounting Panels are needed for mounting different wheels.

MKII carve motor mounts use an all-in-one TRUCK CONNECTOR & MOUNTING PANEL. CNC’d from a solid block of T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, the MkII Carver Motor Mount Connector Panel can withstand the knocks & pumps that come along when riding, while staying secure and aligned on the truck.

Carve board drivetrains are all available as Single or Twin Motor setups. Single motor boards are easier on the wallet, & will still hit the same eye-watering speeds as twin motors.
