TRAMPA BOARDS Ltd CONSUMER WARRANTY POLICY.

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD warrants purchased products against faults in the materials and/or faulty workmanship, to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to a period of 2 Months from the date of the retail purchase, & covers solely manufacturer's defects in materials and/or workmanship.

The warranty is void in case of modifications to the product, insufficient care, wrong assembly, inadequate repairs & misuse or abuse.

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD does not warrant against damages to products used in competitions, exhibitions, experimental prototype use or commercial events.

In the case of a warranty claim - if you purchased directly from the WWW.TRAMPABOARDS.COM website, then please use the TRAMPA BOARDS contact information page, telling us your purchase order number & give a run down about your problem & if necessary photographic evidence of the problem to assist in your communication. In the case that you purchased from an independent retailer, please contact the retailer / shop first & explain your situation to them.

EXCLUSIVITY

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES ARISING FROM TRADE OR USING OR COURSE OF DEALING.

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OF & IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REMEDIES PROVIDED BY THIS LIMITED & EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. TRAMPA BOARDS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,  INCIDENTAL OR NON INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SALE OF THESE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER'S USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ;

• CHANGE MODEL DESIGNS, INCLUDING CHANGES OF COLOURS, GRAPHICS & CHANGES IN PROPORTION.
• REPLACEMENTS OF PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT T0 THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEM.
• IN CASE THE EXACT ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A COMPARABLE ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER QUALITY/VALUE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (including neglegence), OR for breach of statutory duty OR in any other way for :

1. Any loss arising from OR in connection with loss of revenue, profits, contracts OR business OR failure to realise anticipated savings OR profits; OR
2. Any damage OR loss of other property, loss of use of property OR equipment; OR
3. Any claims of customers of the buyer; OR
4. Any loss of goodwill OR reputation; OR
5. Any indirect OR consequential losses suffered or incurred by a Customer WHAT SO EVER.

The Liability of TRAMPA BOARDS LTD shall under no circumstances exceed the purchase price of the goods in respect of which damages are claimed. The obligation of TRAMPA BOARDS LTD & the buyers sole remedy under its limited warranty is the supply of a replacement of equal quality or value from regular stock.

TRAMPA BOARDS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE -

For any other costs incurred nor shall TRAMPA BOARDS LTD be liable for any special indirect, incidental & or consequential damages incurred by the user.
