PRIMO's 4 x 2.5 x 9 Inch STRIKER Tyre design brief is styled towards fast riding on hard packed dirt surfaces. It is made using a hard rubber compound with a wide Center Bead to help achieve & maintain maximum rolling speeds, whilst the close cut grip pattern around the sides of the tyre gives loads of grip on all kinds of changeable terrain's. Using Harder Rubber makes the STRIKER Tyre very fast whilst still hard-wearing, The PRIMO STRIKER is a great Tyre option for riding on any Solid surfaces from dusty dirt tracks to hard packed asphalt. 

Incorporated into the Rims of the tyre are 4 Inch wide Steel Bands. As the Rims are 4 Inch's wide this means that the 9 Inch PRIMO STRIKER tyre is too big to fit onto the regular 3.75 Inch TRAMPA hubs & therefore the 9 Inch Striker tyres will only fit onto TRAMPA's 4 Inch Rimmed hubs, ie the PHATLADS, the 4 Inch Rim MEGASTARS or the PRIMO 3-Spoke Composite Hubs 

Larger wheels will travel better over bumpier or softer ground making them great for Electric board cruising or kiteboarding down the beach if the sand is soft. When the tyres are inflated to they measure 225mm in Diamter & 65mm wide.

Regular sized Threads (TPI) tie the 4 Inch Steel bands together giving the 9 Inch PRIMO STRIKER tyre the strength & structure to be inflated up to the recommended factory inflation pressures. The more you inflate your Tyres the faster you will roll! If you over inflate the Tyres it is possible they will explode which may cause you serious injury! The official maximum inflation pressure set by the factory for the 9 inch STRIKER Tyre is 50psi,  If you do decide to go beyond the max inflation pressure ensure your nuts & bolts are tight before inflating & deflate back to a regular pressure after use.

If you are using a 9 Inch Tyre with an electric kit then you should use 76 Tooth Pulleys if using Belts or 9:63 Gearing if you are using Spur Gears
