The beauty of a Carve board is in the set up – or rather – how you set it up… One choice of parts creates a board capable of straight-line bombing at insane speeds. Another choice & it’s a board so buttery it can turn any corner on a dime.
CARVE DRIVETRAINS ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO MODELS:
ORIGINAL carve motor mounts use super strong 3k Twill Carbon Mounting panels & T6 Aluminium Truck Connectors to create a drive train with an amazing strength : weight ratio.
Different Carbon Mounting Panels are needed for mounting different wheels.
MKII carve motor mounts use an all-in-one TRUCK CONNECTOR & MOUNTING PANEL. CNC’d from a solid block of T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, the MkII Carver Motor Mount Connector Panel can withstand the knocks & pumps that come along when riding, while staying secure and aligned on the truck.
Carve board drivetrains are all available as Single or Twin Motor setups. Single motor boards are easier on the wallet, & will still hit the same eye-watering speeds as twin motors. Twin motors split the brunt of the work, so less chance of motors over-heating, & twice the grip - so if you’re looking for a board that’ll fly off the line, you’ve got to go twin!
Carve boards can fit any of the 118-160Kv 6364 DC Motors we offer. 118Kv Motors are the choice for particularly hilly areas, whereas 160Kv Motors will carry you to some insane speeds!
Being belt driven, the gear ratios can be fine tuned with a range of Motor & Slave pulleys.
Carve board drivetrains attach to MINI SPRING TRUCKS - TRAMPA’s most multifunctional steering system yet! Using offset axles, its possible to reverse the hangers - changing the wheelbase, ride-height and performance of the finished board – allowing different sized pulleys & wheels to be fitted.

Belt Tension Roller Housing for 15mm Belts - SILVER
Ensuring that belts are correctly tensioned and positioned is an important part of setting up and maintaining your board. A poorly tensioned belt is far more likely to snap or slip, both of which are highly undesirable when your belts are also your brakes!
Made from T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, these Belt Tension Rollers are to designed to house a premium TRAMPA 608 BEARING, ensuring a smooth and consistent roll while tensioning the belts. Used with 15mm belts on PRO BELT or OPEN BELT DRIVE, as well as MKII Urban Carve Motor Mounts.

These Spacer-Axles have two functions, correctly positioning the 20mm Tension Roller, as well as providing the housed 608 bearing a snug-fitting axle to spin freely on.
TRAMPA's very own purpose made 136 KV Fully HALL & TEMPERATURE censored BLDC & FOC 6364 Out-Runner Motor provides 136 RPM per volt @ 1Nm. It has been CUSTOM MADE to handle HIGH VOLTAGE SET-UPS, i.e 26-44V using for example the VESC 4 & 6 speed controller. The Motor easily switches between FOC & BLDC modes running effortlessly in either mode.
The Motor houses Ultra high Temperature Copper & Ultra Strong High Temperature Neodymium Magnets. We designed an Extended & Heat treated 8mm Steel Axle shaft that's locked in position using 5 high precision Japanese Bearings, All screws & fixings used in its assembly are Marine Grade Stainless Steel, this motor easily out performs all & any competition on the market in so many aspects & its applicational use is almost endless!
Our special design allows you to to also fit metal mesh filters to prevent the impregnation of larger particles ending in your motor! The front sided motor shield is equipped with twelve M4 treads, sitting on a 44mm diameter circle. The extra threads will allow you to mount the motor in the exact angle you wish, so that the three motor cables always sit in the perfect angle towards the mount or deck.
When handling and inspecting the motor the copper's appearance is almost dark red, suggesting very high quality & looks very special on first impression.
TRAMPA's 118 kv Motor is fitted with an 38.5mm x 8mm (Extra long) Heat Treated Hardened Steel Motor Shaft, which is also fitted with a KEYWAY locator as standard! The extra length of the Axle allows us to fit Extra wide Motor Pulleys, meaning we fit a 15mm HTD 5M STRONGBELT as standard. A wider belt guarantees a much stronger power delivery. The end of the motor axle is supported with the use of a Bearing that is located in a Fixed housing, soaking up the strain of the powerful motor, & eliminating the possibility of bending the motor axle... Two 3x3x8mm KEYs lock the Axle shaft at both ends (1 into the Rotor & 1 into the Motor Pulley), eliminating all & any "Motor slip", thus providing maximum performance to the rider & gaining critical data for the VESC, ensuring all its high tech facilities can run as expected. TRAMPA's special motors are fitted with internal PCB Hall Sensors.
The Can Section of the motor has been Powder Coated White & finished with a very stylish Gold TRAMPA logo whilst the vented Aluminum end plates of the motor have been color coordinated Anodised Black. The Heavy Duty power cables use 4mm Gold Plated Bullet Connectors to connect to a power source. Typically for TRAMPA only Marine Grade Stainless Steel Fixings have been used in the assembly of this motor. & no parts will rust on you. This Motor can be connected to any of the Motor Pulleys in the TRAMPA product Range amongst others out there on the market...
Aluminium Star Shaped Motor Filter Holder for all 63mm size Motors
The Motor Star Holder is a critical piece of Trampa motors - it holds in place the filter at the end of the motor casing keeping dust and debris out so you can ride longer!

This Stainless Steel 'Motor END FILTER' fits into the end of any of TRAMPA's motors,
Fitting filters to your motors prevents dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though, encouraging cool operating temperatures.
This circular Stainless Steel Filter is pre-punched with the fixing holes to fit to all TRAMPA Motors. It requires the STAR SHAPED ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER to secure the end filter into place, whilst M3x4mm Dome Headed bolts screw through the star holder & filter turning directly into the end of the motor.
This Stainless Steel WRAP Around Motor filter wraps around the CAN or BASE of any of TRAMPA's motors,
There are air cooling holes in the base of TRAMPA's motors to encourage cool air to enter to keep the motor running cool, prolongiung maximum throttle! The stainless filters prevent dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though.
The WRAP Around Stainless Filter has fixing holes pre-punched into it. During installation the filter should be folded in half. This is best done over a firm accurate straight line such as a metal ruler. Once the filter is folded in half it is double thickness & therefore double filtered...
Using tiny M3x4mm Dome Headed Allen Key bolts & a tiny amount of non permenant Lock Tight to stop them running out, pass the little bolts though the pre-punched fixing holes in the filter & stretching the filter into a tight position & screw directly into the can of the motor.
This filter fits all TRAMPA Motors & is best used in conjunction with the Motor END FILTER & ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER that secures the end filter in place
MkIII CARVE Truck Motor Mount T6 Aluminium Anodised - REGULAR
TRAMPA's MKII 'Carve Truck' MOTOR MOUNTs are CNC Precision made from a solid block of 'T6 Heat Treated' Premium Aluminum. Once the motor is attached to the Motor Mount the Premium Aluminum acts as a 'heat sink' allowing any potential heat build up from a well thrashed Motor, the extra heat disbursement it might need to help keep it cool. When accompanied with the Motor Fan, guys riding in hot countries should worry no more as the Extra heat Dispersement from the Motor Mount & extra cooling from spinning Fans attached to the motors will take care of all that!! :-)
The MKII Motor Mount is Anodised for good looks & surface protection & of course to be colour co-ordinated to match the hundreds of the other pimp-ass good looking products on the TRAMPA website!! Once Anodised the Mounts are Laser Logo'd to inform the user what the item is & most importantly which side fits where...! :-)
To give enough space to be able to fit 2x of TRAMPA's big 6376 Motors, the MKII Urban Motor Mounts are not symmetrical. This means the Left side (REGULAR) will not fit to the Right side (GOOFY), so if your wishing to ride single motor please do not mix these different sides up. You should ride with your motor Mount on your rear foot, HEAL SIDE, so if your left foot is forward your Regular & if your right foot is forwards then you ride Goofy.....
The MKII URBAN Mount will lock on to any of the TRAMPA URBAN CARVE Trucks or Hangers & using just 2x M8 Grippy Grub screws & will comfortably fit 2x of ANY of the 6364 or 6376 TRAMPA Motors!! Some serious serious power for a little board!!

Motor Axle Support for Spring Truck Motor Mounts UNIVERSAL
This part ensures your motor is supported and the belt is running straight - two very important jobs for a smooth, fast and reliable board.
Motors with longer axles, like TRAMPA’s own, will fit perfectly into the housed bearing within, supporting the axle rotation, ensuring there is no ‘give’ in the axle, where the belt could potentially slip off at high speeds.
Fitting onto Channel Truck Motor Mounts this Motor Axle Support will work with any of the 6-9inch tyres in the TRAMPA range.

You’ll need 8 of the TRAMPA M6 x 25mm Marine Grade Stainless Steel Bolts & 8 of the TRAMPA M6 Stainless Steel Nylock Nuts to attach a pair of TRAMPA Skate Trucks to any TRAMPA Deck with Risers. You’ll also need a pair of 10mm ring spanners to tighten and loosen the Nuts & Bolts. Don’t forget to make sure you’re Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck
Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.
This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck
Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! 3/8ths Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock HALF nut W3/8 - 24T UNF
This very special Marine Grade Stainless steel Nyloc HALF NUT is custom made specially to fit the TRAMPA products. Half nut means - half as the size of a regular nut, so half the size = half the weight of a normal nut. By using Half nuts on the axles reduces the over all length of the axle & kingpin therefore reducing weight in the Truck also! A few Grams here & a few grams there soon adds up to quite alot & that makes all the difference to the total Truck & consequently deck weight, specially in critical areas of the deck such as the wheels area...
This very special 3/8ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Half Nut official factory measurements are W3/8ths - 24T - UNF. This Nut is used to hold the wheels onto the axles of the 9.525mm (3/8ths of Inch or otherwise referred to as 10mm) SKATE TRUCKS & also the Spring Trucks fitted with TITANIUM axles. This Nut is also used to hold the KINGPIN in position on all Skate Trucks. The Nut is fitted as standard with the world renowned NYLOC System. The Nyloc "locks the Nut onto the Bolt" eliminating vibration, keeping your nuts tighter for longer!
Use a 14mm or 9/16ths of an Inch spanner to tighten the Nut onto the Axle or Kingpin, do not overtighten the nut, allow the wheel to spin freely but not rattle & do not crush your bearings. Being Marine Grade Stainless Steel this nut will not rust you! Always ensure all ur nuts are tight before you ride!

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!
The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.
This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!
CUSTOM Spring Truck Baseplate - Extruded T6 Aluminum Anodised & CNC precision Milled
The INFINITY Baseplate will fit to all of the TRAMPA Spring Truck Hangers but is designed specifically to work in conjunction with the Mini Spring Hanger as it houses a NEW Dual Spring Adjuster position! When the Springs are moved to the new inside position, the new location allows the rider to turn the board very very easily, making it perfect for fast carve riding on all kinds of terrain. The INFINITY Baseplate is, as its name suggests, designed & built to last forever! Aircraft grade 6061 Aluminum is forced through a Die to create our re-enforced extruded profile. Extruding Aluminum ensures consistent high quality strength. Once Extruded the Baseplate is T6 Heat Treated. Heat treating extruded aluminum fuses the molecules even closer together making it as strong as possible, enabling the INFINITY Baseplate to easily cope with the extreme stresses of all types of off road boarding.
Once Heat Treated, the profile has its fixing holes punched into position & then its Bead Polished in preparation to be Anodised Silver. Once the colour has dried, the Baseplate is then returned to the factory for the precision CNC Machine to accurately mill the Kingpin holes, giving the exact precision required for constructing the Truck.
CUSTOM MINI SPRING TRUCK CARVE HANGER
The Mini INFINITY Hanger measures 12.5 Inches in total width & it fits to all TRAMPA Spring Truck Baseplates. Being narrower in the body & fitted with shorter axles than regular ATB Hangers means the overall steering characteristics are completely different. The INFINITY Hanger has the usual Spring Adjuster facility but is also drilled with 2 spring mounting positions & by changing the spring positions in the truck (inside or outside position) or by adding/removing some TRAMPA DAMPA's into/from the springs means the Mini INFINITY Hanger has an incredibly broad range of controllable steering which can be used for so many different applications its simply ace!
Setting the springs to the inside position & riding with no TRAMPA DAMPA makes the Truck turn very fast & suitable for CARVE BOARD, fast turning style riding, where as, placing the springs in the outside position & adding the TRAMPA DAMPA's makes the steering very stiff & suitable for fast LONG BOARD riding.
To ensure the best performance the hanger body is made from FORGED ALUMINUM & is one solid piece with NO weight saving expensive CNC work. The Mini Infinity Hanger is CNC drilled at the kingpin for precision assembly & is fitted with 9.525mm SOLID STEEL Axles. The Axles have also been HEAT TREATED. Heat treating steel makes it substantially stronger & more resistant to impact & corrosion. Using a CNC milling machine guarantee's to drill the Kingpin Holes precisely. Ensuring the Kingpin Holes are accurately placed guarantee's the best performance to the rider as well as making the truck easy to assembly & service. The Mini INFINITY Hanger is Silver Anodised for metal protection & colour coordinating good looks before the CNC work is carried out.
TRAMPA's Mini INFINITY Hanger uses 9.525mm x 13.525mm x 10mm SPACERS to position the Street Carver Longboard Stickies wheels accurately. The spacer slips onto the axles, leaving the perfect space to mount the STICKIES wheels accurately. Use Shim washers either side of the outer bearings and a 7/16ths of an inch Axle Nuts to lock the wheels into place on the axle.
Kingpin bushings push into the Kingpin holes, in both the Hanger & the Baseplate. When all the bushings are in position, push the Baseplate over the Hanger and into position so that all the Kingpin holes line up. When this is the case you will be able to push the kingpin, from the front to the truck to the back, through the holes in the assembly, connecting them all together. Remember to add the washer onto the kingpin before sliding into the assembly. To finish off the beautiful product, Marine Grade Stainless steel GRUB SCREWS help keep the Axles locked into the correct place within the Hanger.
MINI Infinity Truck Hangers are used in BOTH the STREET Carver Trucks & the amazing URBAN Carver Trucks. The only difference between the Street & Urban Carver Trucks is the facing direction of the hanger, by turning the hanger around during assembly allow's the different style of Truck... Axle facing forwards for Urban, Axle facing backwards for Street.
We turn the Hanger around because the axle position is not centrally located in the Hanger and so by facing the axle forwards away from the toe's, extends the wheel base whilst at the same time lowers the ride height of the deck (You have to remember the truck is mounted at a 35º), making the resulting Truck & Deck combination wheel base more suitable for mounting a larger wheel, HENCE why the URBAN CARVER Truck uses the 7 inch pneumatic wheels.
Equally, Where as when the hanger is reversed & the Axle is facing towards the riders toe's, the wheel base is shortened & of course the deck height is subsequently raised slightly, co-incidentally to a perfect height to fit much smaller style of wheel & you guessed hence why the Street Carver Deck uses the 83mm or 90mm Longboard wheels.... :-)
8mm STAINLESS STEEL king pin for Spring trucks
This M8 x 80mm STAINLESS STEEL Spring Truck Kingpin is used to connect the Hanger & the Baseplate on any of TRAMPA's Spring Trucks.
Using high quality metals & sizing down to a 8mm Kingpin, we have managed to save loads of weight whilst retaining all the strength necessary for the job!
This M8 x 80mm Kingpin uses an 8mm Washer to support the busing from the outside & a 6mm washer to protect the bushing on the inside side & connects into an M6 Nut. You'll need a 4mm Allen key to hold the Kingpin & a 10mm spanner to tighten/loosen your M6 Kingpin Nut.
This Kingpin pushes through plastic bushings before being placed into position in the Truck System. The Plastic bushings allow the metal parts (Hanger & Baseplate) to move freely inside each other without allowing the metal parts to touch or wear out.
The plastic bushings will wear out over time & use & will eventually perish & need replacing. SO, make sure your Bushings are always in good working order after riding riding or when upgrading your Kingpin, it might be time to replace them too due to the unavoidable wear & tear of moving mountainboard parts.
King Pin bushings 2mm Base for Spring Trucks
The 2mm Kingpin Bushings are pushed into the holes of the SAVAGE Hanger & sit tightly in position. They hold the Kingpin in a wear-free position between the moving metal parts of the SAVAGE hanger & Baseplate.
The Bushings allow the movement (steering) without wearing out the metal parts.
The Kingpin bushings are a small perishable item. They are subjected to a lot of forces & stress, although they are now supported by a 2mm Kingpin Bushing re-enforcement ring, through regular abuse they will ultimately wear out & eventually need replacing.
Depending on what surface you are riding on & the nature of your riding style will depend on how long these bushings will last you.
To make sure your trucks are always performing at their best you should keep some spare Bushings on the shelf at home & inspect these them on a regular basis (preferably before riding) & in particular replace any bushings that are showing signs of wear & then even if they are not broken from time to time replace them anyway...
One way to check your bushings is to man h&le the truck when fitted to the deck... If you feel any play between the Hanger & the Baseplate then you definitely need to replace the bushings straight away before you do damage to the hanger.
Worn out Bushings will cause the kingpin to rub in the Hanger kingpin hole... The kingpin is much stronger than the Aluminium used to make the hanger & the kingpin will wear a nasty hole of you do not fix the problem before it gets too late.
If you ride with trucks that have play in them, then you are lining yourself up for an accident... If you feel any play, this can at speed convert to wobble & we all know riding with a board with a wobble will lead to accidents, so it is wise to check your bushings & rings on a regular basis.
The difference between the four bushings is the thickness of the base. The different base sizes are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. 2.5mm is the standard size we work to. As all trucks have 4 bushings this .5mm difference in each of the bushing bases allows us to bridge a maximum distance of 2mm (4x.05mm=2m) resolving any foreseeable problems.

TRAMPA's SPRINGS are coiled to precision & fit into the TRAMPA Spring Trucks perfectly. They easily squeeze into the space between the Baseplate & Hanger & being made to measure they are firstly very easy to fit with no clamps or tools required to squueze them into position & secondly to be super responsive to the rider.! Once the spring assembly is fitted correctly the steering resistance is taken up instantly!
Our Springs have been designed to work in perfect harmony with the TRAMPA DAMPA's & TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER providing maximum performance from the "Spring assembly" to the rider. The DAMPA's drop into the SPRING & the SPRING RETAINERS seal the ends of the spring, holding the DAMPA in exact position to be pre-loaded & squeezed into the truck. Using just a little bit of muscle, squeeze the loaded spring into the truck, then lock the spring into position using the Spring Adjuster & M5 x 12mm Countersunk Bolt. The TRAMPA spring Truck steering system is highly responsive & totally customisable by interchanging the DAMPA's to harder Urethane. Spring Retainer - Specially designed to work in harmony with the Dampa & spring
TRAMPA's very own & very special re-enforced Spring retainer. Specifically shaped to fit tightly inside the TRAMPA springs & snugly hold the Trampa Dampa in the exact position to give precision steering to the rider. Made by Injection Moulding using original Dupont Materials, with an extra wide Marine-Grade Stainless Steel Flanged Insert seated internally, re-enforcing the Retainer. The Extra Strength of the re-enforced flange, eliminates the need for a very fiddly fitting washer, that is still found in the MBS and Scrub boards today.

The TRAMPA DAMPA is a Urethane Elastomer that fits inside the Spring of a Truck. Its purpose is to support the Spring & give extra resistance during steering. Its clever design has three balls stacked & connected on-top of each other. The middle ball is slightly fatter than the outer two, during steering they all compress against each other giving greater feed back in your turns. This stacked design gives a fantastic progressive feel to steering.
By varying the SHORE DUROMETER (Rubber Hardness) strength of the Urethane mixture, we can control the amount of movement in the DAMPA. This in turn allows the rider to custom tune the resistance of their steering perfect to their requirements. The spheres of the DAMPA fit perfectly into the cup of the specially made TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER which is the part that locates & locks the Spring in the the TRAMPA SPRING TRUCKS, and they instantly start to work with the slightest movement from the rider. TRAMPA DAMPA's work in harmony with the rider, supplying the perfect amount of steering resistance whilst eliminating all chances of speed wobble. Now available in 5 different steering resistance's for all levels of rider out there, Orange DAMPA's are for easy steering, whilst White DAMPA's are for the totally committed!
Turning the Spring Adjuster clockwise pre-loads the tension in the Spring and DAMPA. This can be adjusted on the fly to suit the terrain & conditions. Turning the spring adjuster too much will put pressure on the DAMPA & eventually it may split. Rather than putting too much pressure into the DAMPA, consider up-grading the DAMPA to a harder Shore Durometer as this will most likely increase your performance than over tightening a DAMPA that's not stiff enough for you. Spring Adjuster - Marine Grade Stainless Steel
TRAMPA's very own & very special SPRING ADJUSTER is made using A4 MARINE GRADE STAINLESS STEEL & is guaranteed never to rust on you! The Spring adjuster is fitted to the trucks once the springs have been pushed into position. The spring adjuster pre-tensions the steering suitable for the rider’s requirements. We designed the Spring Adjuster to be slightly shorter in length than other brands’, to avoid the tip of the adjuster poking through the internal of the Spring Retainer, and interfering with the performance of the DAMPA located on the inside of the Retainer.
Should you need extra resistance from your steering because you wish to ride fast, or if you need more steering because the course is twisty, then you can very easily & quickly adjust the resistance of your steering by simply turning the spring adjuster in the correct direction. To get the most out of your trucks on changeable terrain, simply use a 4mm Allen Key to make your adjustments. Winding the Spring Adjuster clockwise increases the steering resistance, which in turn restricts wobble at high speed. Turning the Adjuster anti-clockwise loosens the steering allowing a more carvey ride.
DO NOT over tighten your Spring Adjuster, as this may crush your DAMPA. If you need more steering resistance upgrade your DAMPA's & do not over tighten!
TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.
TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.
TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.
As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. CARVE DRIVETRAINS ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO MODELS:
ORIGINAL carve motor mounts use super strong 3k Twill Carbon Mounting panels & T6 Aluminium Truck Connectors to create a drive train with an amazing strength : weight ratio.
Different Carbon Mounting Panels are needed for mounting different wheels.
MKII carve motor mounts use an all-in-one TRUCK CONNECTOR & MOUNTING PANEL. CNC’d from a solid block of T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, the MkII Carver Motor Mount Connector Panel can withstand the knocks & pumps that come along when riding, while staying secure and aligned on the truck.
Carve board drivetrains are all available as Single or Twin Motor setups. Single motor boards are easier on the wallet, & will still hit the same eye-watering speeds as twin motors. Twin motors split the brunt of the work, so less chance of motors over-heating, & twice the grip - so if you’re looking for a board that’ll fly off the line, you’ve got to go twin!
Carve boards can fit any of the 118-160Kv 6364 DC Motors we offer. 118Kv Motors are the choice for particularly hilly areas, whereas 160Kv Motors will carry you to some insane speeds!
Being belt driven, the gear ratios can be fine tuned with a range of Motor & Slave pulleys.
