330mm long x 15mm wide HTD 5M HP STRONGBELT for STREET CARVE Motor Mounts USING Street Carve Panel & 33 or 37 Tooth Slave

This is a 330mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). It is a High Power rated (HP) TRANSMISSON BELT made by the world famous German Brand called STRONGBELT. This one is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Street Carver

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards in its range a 15mm wide TRANSMISSION BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which can be prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power remains smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

TRAMPA's own 160Kv 6364 2400w DC Brushless High Torque & High Speed Motor with 300mm TEMP Sensor cables Suitable for Single or TWIN Motor Drives!

TRAMPA's very own purpose made 136 KV Fully HALL & TEMPERATURE censored BLDC & FOC 6364 Out-Runner Motor provides 136 RPM per volt @ 1Nm. It has been CUSTOM MADE to handle HIGH VOLTAGE SET-UPS, i.e 26-44V using for example the VESC 4 & 6 speed controller. The Motor easily switches between FOC & BLDC modes running effortlessly in either mode.

The Motor houses Ultra high Temperature Copper & Ultra Strong High Temperature Neodymium Magnets. We designed an Extended & Heat treated 8mm Steel Axle shaft that's locked in position using 5 high precision Japanese Bearings, All screws & fixings used in its assembly are Marine Grade Stainless Steel, this motor easily out performs all & any competition on the market in so many aspects & its applicational use is almost endless!

Our special design allows you to to also fit  metal mesh filters to prevent the impregnation of larger particles ending in your motor! The front sided motor shield is equipped with twelve M4 treads, sitting on a 44mm diameter circle. The extra threads will allow you to mount the motor in the exact angle you wish, so that the three motor cables always sit in the perfect angle towards the mount or deck.

When handling and inspecting the motor the copper's appearance is almost dark red, suggesting very high quality & looks very special on first impression. 

TRAMPA's 118 kv Motor is fitted with an 38.5mm x 8mm (Extra long) Heat Treated Hardened Steel Motor Shaft, which is also fitted with a KEYWAY locator as standard! The extra length of the Axle allows us to fit Extra wide Motor Pulleys, meaning we fit a 15mm HTD 5M STRONGBELT as standard. A wider belt guarantees a much stronger power delivery. The end of the motor axle is supported with the use of a Bearing that is located in a Fixed housing, soaking up the strain of the powerful motor, & eliminating the possibility of bending the motor axle... Two 3x3x8mm KEYs lock the Axle shaft at both ends (1 into the Rotor & 1 into the Motor Pulley), eliminating all & any "Motor slip", thus providing maximum performance to the rider & gaining critical data for the VESC, ensuring all its high tech facilities can run as expected. TRAMPA's special motors are fitted with internal PCB Hall Sensors.

The Can Section of the motor has been Powder Coated White & finished with a very stylish Gold TRAMPA logo whilst the vented Aluminum end plates of the motor have been color coordinated Anodised Black. The Heavy Duty power cables use 4mm Gold Plated Bullet Connectors to connect to a power source. Typically for TRAMPA only Marine Grade Stainless Steel Fixings have been used in the assembly of this motor. & no parts will rust on you. This Motor can be connected to any of the Motor Pulleys in the TRAMPA product Range amongst others out there on the market...

Aluminium Star Shaped Motor Filter Holder for all 63mm size Motors

The Motor Star Holder is a critical piece of Trampa motors - it holds in place the filter at the end of the motor casing keeping dust and debris out so you can ride longer!

This Stainless Steel 'Motor END FILTER' fits into the end of any of TRAMPA's motors,

Fitting filters to your motors prevents dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though, encouraging cool operating temperatures.

This circular Stainless Steel Filter is pre-punched with the fixing holes to fit to all TRAMPA Motors. It requires the STAR SHAPED ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER to secure the end filter into place, whilst M3x4mm Dome Headed bolts screw through the star holder & filter turning directly into the end of the motor.

Stainless Steel Motor filter wraps around the CAN of the 63mm TRAMPA motors preventing dust n debris from entering the motor

This Stainless Steel WRAP Around Motor filter wraps around the CAN or BASE of any of TRAMPA's motors,

There are air cooling holes in the base of TRAMPA's motors to encourage cool air to enter to keep the motor running cool, prolongiung maximum throttle! The stainless filters prevent dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though.

The WRAP Around Stainless Filter has fixing holes pre-punched into it. During installation the filter should be folded in half. This is best done over a firm accurate straight line such as a metal ruler. Once the filter is folded in half it is double thickness & therefore double filtered...

Using tiny M3x4mm Dome Headed Allen Key bolts & a tiny amount of non permenant Lock Tight to stop them running out, pass the little bolts though the pre-punched fixing holes in the filter & stretching the filter into a tight position & screw directly into the can of the motor.

This filter fits all TRAMPA Motors & is best used in conjunction with the Motor END FILTER & ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER that secures the end filter in place

Slave Wheel for TRAMPA 83mm & 90mm Longboard Wheels

TRAMPA's 33 Tooth Slave Wheel connects into all of TRAMPA's 83mm & 90mm Longboard Wheels perfectly! It connects through the Longboard Wheel using an Aluminum Centering Ring & M4 x 40mm Bolts with M4 M4 Nylock Nuts to lock it into position.

This custom made Slave Wheel can accept any size belt up to 17mm. TRAMPA uses's a German made 15mm wide STRONGBELT which provides a very smooth power delivery to the user, even from a standing start....

Changing your Motor Pulley &/or Slave pulley wheels will drastically change the performance characteristics of your ride... Small Pulleys at the Wheel Slows accelleration but increase's top the speed! :-)

Custom CENTERING RING

With the use of 6x Marine Grade Stainless Steel M4x40mm Socket Capped Bolts & 6x M4 Nylock Nuts, TRAMPA's Longboard Wheel Slave Wheel CENTERING RING, which is made from Solid Aluminum, connects through & around the spokes of the 83 or 90mm Longboard Wheels, locking the Slave Wheel solid in position into the wheel & ready to be connected to the HTD (High Torque Drive) Rubber STRONGBELT to give for some super smooth, high speed electric motor action!

Custom 15mm wide Motor Pulley 13, 14 or 15 tooth

TRAMPA's 15mm wide 13-15 Tooth Motor Pulleys connect directly to the Motor Axle & are secured into position using a Magnetic Fixing Key & 4mm Locking Grub Screw.

These custom made Motor Pulley Wheels  fit 15mm wide STRONGBELTS, which should never stretch or break whilst at the same time providing a very smooth power delivery to the user - even from a standing start.

Choice of Aluminium or Black Steel. Aluminium Pulleys are perfect for those looking to save every gram possible on their board - Black Steel Pullys are heavier, but much harder wearing.

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x8mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

This simple but stylish T6 Aluminum 12FIFTIES Motor Mount Connector is specifically designed to work with TRAMPA's 12FIFTIES Extra wide Lonboard Trucks & is potentaillly compatible to fit with many similar Longboard Trucks too :-)

The Motor Mount Connector snuggly slides over the 12FIFTIES Truck Hanger & is secured tightened into position on the hanger with MARINE GRADE M6x10 grub screws.

The premium quality carbon Mounting Panel is held in position by being sandwiched between the Motor Mount Connector & the 12FIFTIES Truck Backplate. TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

3/8ths Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock HALF nut W3/8 - 24T UNF

This very special Marine Grade Stainless steel Nyloc HALF NUT is custom made specially to fit the TRAMPA products. Half nut means - half as the size of a regular nut, so half the size = half the weight of a normal nut. By using Half nuts on the axles reduces the over all length of the axle & kingpin therefore reducing weight in the Truck also! A few Grams here & a few grams there soon adds up to quite alot & that makes all the difference to the total Truck & consequently deck weight, specially in critical areas of the deck such as the wheels area...

This very special 3/8^ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Half Nut official factory measurements are  W3/8_^ths - 24T - UNF. This Nut is used to hold the wheels onto the axles of the 9.525mm (3/8ths of Inch or otherwise referred to as 10mm) SKATE TRUCKS & also the Spring Trucks fitted with TITANIUM axles. This Nut is also used to hold the KINGPIN in position on all Skate Trucks. The Nut is fitted as standard with the world renowned NYLOC System. The Nyloc "locks the Nut onto the Bolt" eliminating vibration, keeping your nuts tighter for longer!

Use a 14mm or 9/16^ths of an Inch spanner to tighten the Nut onto the Axle or Kingpin, do not overtighten the nut, allow the wheel to spin freely but not rattle & do not crush your bearings. Being Marine Grade Stainless Steel this nut will not rust you! Always ensure all ur nuts are tight before you ride!

PRECISION Shim spacer - STAINLESS STEEL - Bridges tiny gaps on axles - 9.525 x 13.525 x 1mm

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!

The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.

This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!

12FiFties Hangers measure 12.5 inches wide,  the extra width providing superior stability at high speed, as well as the clearance for adding larger wheels. Compatible wheel sizes range from 83mm Trampa stickies - for ultimate tarmac cruising, all the way through the range up to 8'' pneumatic tyres - providing the most unrivalled off road experience.

Trampa have achieved this by factory fitting 9.525mm hardened steel axles, then offering different bearing alternatives to suit; Stickies R6-2RS, Skate 28x9.525mm or  R6001RS 28x12mm with a reducer sleeve.

This is the most versitile longboard truck for any terrain type! 

Designed with our standardised skate kingpin (9.4 x 50mm) & mounted at 50º angle to the baseplate for optimum steering responsiveness. 

Baseplates are available in 10 different anodonised colours for unrivalled customisation! 

Precision CNC’d from solid blocks of T6 heat-treated Aluminium, 12FiFties HANGERS are remarkably strong, able to withstand the forces, bumps or crashes they’ll inevitably recieve if ridden properly. Aswell as looking the part with a polished silver finish!

The hanger body has been CNC'nd along the complete length to 19.5mm x 19.5mm, and then grooved to allow the electric motor mount to be preicisely clamped to the truck. The mount itself consists of a simple laser-cut carbon panel and a CNC'd 12FiFties clamping ring available in the motor mounts section of the website.

TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.

TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.

TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.

As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

& add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.
