This ia 400mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). This Belt is High Power rated (HP) & arguably over engineered for our application as the belt is made in Germany by the world famous company called STRONGBELT, who usually supply into heavy industry public sector applications which demand much more stringent requirements of any electric skateboard! This belt is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA....

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards, a 15mm wide TRANSMISSON BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which are prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power is smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

TRAMPA Custom DC Motor 6364 6376 6386 - SINGLE

TRAMPA Custom Single motor 6364 160Kv or 6376 wound in 160Kv or 185Kv configurations.

TRAMPA's very own purpose made 160 KV 6376 Out-Runner Motor provides 160RPM per volt. CUSTOM MADE to handle HIGH Power outputs.

This Motor has many NEW features that increase both hardiness & efficiency!

- Improved thermal design; with a more thermally-connected-mass, heat can dissipate much more efficiently. The new Rotor bodies feature raised rings that increase surface area, further helping heat dissipation.

- Stronger Hardware; larger & stronger bolts have been used throughout the motor, improving the motor’s strength & sturdiness, while making maintenance a lot less fiddle-y.

- Optimised Air-cooling; Stator cooling via air-flow - larger openings on the stator & having no sensor PCB both help to encourage a cooling flow of air through the motor. Further improve the air-flow using the MKII Motor Housing & Fan End-cap Kit.    

- Accurate & faster temperature readings; With a heat sensor glued to the copper windings in the ideal location, it's possible to get faster and more accurate motor-temp readings, which is important for future sensorless startup algorithms.

- Optimised for sensorless rotor position detection; With no sensor PCB inside, this motor works best when used with a VESC Speed Controller featuring Advanced Sensorless Startup - when paired & activated the motor will be able to reach full torque at 0RMP! 

All TRAMPA Motors use Premium high-temperature Copper & the highest grade of Neodymium Magnets available. The magnets connect to an Extended & Heat treated 8mm Steel Axle shaft that's locked in a balanced position with 4 precision Bearings. All screws & fixings used in the assembly are Marine grade Stainless Steel. All creating super-tough  motors that can easily out-perform the competition!

Our special design allows you to fit mesh filters, or entire Motor housings, preventing the impregnation of particles entering in the motor & stopping them running smoothly. The motor Stators are equipped with twelve M4 threaded mounting holes, sitting on a 44mm diameter circle. The extra holes allow the motor to be mounted at the exact angle needed so the motor cables always sit in the perfect angle, towards the mount or deck.

Using 38.5mm x 8mm Heat-Treated Hardened-Steel Motor Shaft (fitted with a 12x3x3mm KEYWAY locator as standard), the extra length of the Axle allows us to add adequate support with Motor Axle Supports, & allows us to fit  Extra wide Motor Pulleys for the 15 - 20mm wide HTD 5M STRONGBELTs we use as standard, guaranteeing a much stronger power delivery.

Two 3x3x12mm KEYWAYs lock the Axle shaft at both ends (1 to the Rotor & 1 to the Motor Pulley), eliminating any & all "Motor slip", & providing maximum performance to the rider, while gaining critical data for the VESC speed controller.

The Heavy Duty & high quality power cables use 4mm Gold Plated Bullet Connectors to connect to a power source. 

Aluminium Star Shaped Motor Filter Holder for all 63mm size Motors

The Motor Star Holder is a critical piece of Trampa motors - it holds in place the filter at the end of the motor casing keeping dust and debris out so you can ride longer!

This Stainless Steel 'Motor END FILTER' fits into the end of any of TRAMPA's motors,

Fitting filters to your motors prevents dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though, encouraging cool operating temperatures.

This circular Stainless Steel Filter is pre-punched with the fixing holes to fit to all TRAMPA Motors. It requires the STAR SHAPED ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER to secure the end filter into place, whilst M3x4mm Dome Headed bolts screw through the star holder & filter turning directly into the end of the motor.

Stainless Steel Motor filter wraps around the CAN of the 63mm TRAMPA motors preventing dust n debris from entering the motor

This Stainless Steel WRAP Around Motor filter wraps around the CAN or BASE of any of TRAMPA's motors,

There are air cooling holes in the base of TRAMPA's motors to encourage cool air to enter to keep the motor running cool, prolongiung maximum throttle! The stainless filters prevent dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though.

The WRAP Around Stainless Filter has fixing holes pre-punched into it. During installation the filter should be folded in half. This is best done over a firm accurate straight line such as a metal ruler. Once the filter is folded in half it is double thickness & therefore double filtered...

Using tiny M3x4mm Dome Headed Allen Key bolts & a tiny amount of non permenant Lock Tight to stop them running out, pass the little bolts though the pre-punched fixing holes in the filter & stretching the filter into a tight position & screw directly into the can of the motor.

This filter fits all TRAMPA Motors & is best used in conjunction with the Motor END FILTER & ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER that secures the end filter in place

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x12mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

M4 x 35mm Socket Capped Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 35mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This Bolt is used to assemble the TRAMPA HYPA HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt fits neatly into the Bolt housing of the HYPA HUB marrying into the M4 nut located in the housing on the other side of the hub.

Weighing just 3 grams each these bolts are very lightweight. They look very sexy & are totally non corrosive. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

You will need a 3mm Allen Key to tighten & loosen the Nuts & Bolts from the hub. Ensure all your Nuts & Bolts are tight before riding!

M4 Nyloc Nut - Marine Grade stainless steel Nylock Nut - Hub Nuts

Introducing TRAMPA's M4 (4mm Shaft) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M4 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to tighten to the M4 Socket Capped Bolts that hold the HYPA & SUPERSTAR hubs together. To fit the nuts M4 use an 8mm spanner or  8mm Ratchet Socket to turn the Nut onto the Bolt whilst holding the bolt with a 3mm Allen Key. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

3/8ths Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock HALF nut W3/8 - 24T UNF

This very special Marine Grade Stainless steel Nyloc HALF NUT is custom made specially to fit the TRAMPA products. Half nut means - half as the size of a regular nut, so half the size = half the weight of a normal nut. By using Half nuts on the axles reduces the over all length of the axle & kingpin therefore reducing weight in the Truck also! A few Grams here & a few grams there soon adds up to quite alot & that makes all the difference to the total Truck & consequently deck weight, specially in critical areas of the deck such as the wheels area...

This very special 3/8^ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Half Nut official factory measurements are  W3/8_^ths - 24T - UNF. This Nut is used to hold the wheels onto the axles of the 9.525mm (3/8ths of Inch or otherwise referred to as 10mm) SKATE TRUCKS & also the Spring Trucks fitted with TITANIUM axles. This Nut is also used to hold the KINGPIN in position on all Skate Trucks. The Nut is fitted as standard with the world renowned NYLOC System. The Nyloc "locks the Nut onto the Bolt" eliminating vibration, keeping your nuts tighter for longer!

Use a 14mm or 9/16^ths of an Inch spanner to tighten the Nut onto the Axle or Kingpin, do not overtighten the nut, allow the wheel to spin freely but not rattle & do not crush your bearings. Being Marine Grade Stainless Steel this nut will not rust you! Always ensure all ur nuts are tight before you ride!

PRECISION Shim spacer - STAINLESS STEEL - Bridges tiny gaps on axles - 9.525 x 13.525 x 1mm

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!

The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.

This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!

12FiFties Hangers measure 12.5 inches wide,  the extra width providing superior stability at high speed, as well as the clearance for adding larger wheels. Compatible wheel sizes range from 83mm Trampa stickies - for ultimate tarmac cruising, all the way through the range up to 8'' pneumatic tyres - providing the most unrivalled off road experience.

Trampa have achieved this by factory fitting 9.525mm hardened steel axles, then offering different bearing alternatives to suit; Stickies R6-2RS, Skate 28x9.525mm or  R6001RS 28x12mm with a reducer sleeve.

This is the most versitile longboard truck for any terrain type! 

Designed with our standardised skate kingpin (9.4 x 50mm) & mounted at 50º angle to the baseplate for optimum steering responsiveness. 

Baseplates are available in 10 different anodonised colours for unrivalled customisation! 

Precision CNC’d from solid blocks of T6 heat-treated Aluminium, 12FiFties HANGERS are remarkably strong, able to withstand the forces, bumps or crashes they’ll inevitably recieve if ridden properly. Aswell as looking the part with a polished silver finish!

The hanger body has been CNC'nd along the complete length to 19.5mm x 19.5mm, and then grooved to allow the electric motor mount to be preicisely clamped to the truck. The mount itself consists of a simple laser-cut carbon panel and a CNC'd 12FiFties clamping ring available in the motor mounts section of the website.

TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.

TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.

TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.

As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

TRAMPA's 6 spoke HYPA Hub is by far the lightest & weight for weight compared, the strongest 3.75-inch hub on the market today!

The HYPA hubs 6 spoke design is technically advanced & is manufactured using original Du-Pont materials & the very latest in precision injection molding machinery - No quality expense is spared! This deluxe combination of technical design, top quality machinery & original genuine materials, creates a product that is far superior to all of our competitions, resulting in performance that is well beyond normal expectations. This extra performance means the TRAMPA HYPA hub can handle much higher than recommended tyre inflation pressures, generating substantially higher than normal roll speeds. Back in the day during testing, our crash test dummies (i mean the Team riders) commonly rode with these hubs well above 80psi & beyond.... 

The HYPA hubs are held together using only the best Marine Grade (A4) Stainless steel Nuts & Bolts so they definitely wont rust on you (EVER) & are therefore perfect for bad conditions. HYPA hubs are available in loads of different colours & surface finishes, all of which are TRAMPA embossed between the spokes proving the top quality! Do not buy imitations as they will not perform the same!  TRAMPA’s own high class Steel Bearings, (Genuine  ABEC 5 rated Bearings) push perfectly into the HYPA hub bearing housing, guaranteeing the fastest spin rate to the wheel possible. Use either Bearing reducer sleeves into 12mm Bearings or use TRAMPA's 10mm Bearings to fit the HYPA hubs onto smaller sized skate axles. Along with many other applications that these wheels will fit too, the HYPA hub will fit and accept ALL the other brands of mountain boards on the market including MBS, SCRUB & KHEO, so when you are looking for an upgrade to your ride you know where too look! Basically the HYPA Hub will fit to anything that uses a Imperial 7/16ths (9.52mm) or 12mm bearings to fit onto the axle. If you already have your own 12mm bearings there are conversion spacers available to convert your 12mm bearings to work on the 7/16ths Imperial (9.52mm) skate axles and a different size spacer to convert them to fit 10mm (metric) scooter axles (see associated parts for details).

Produced at the INNOVA Factory, TRAMPA's own 3.75x 2x 6.5 Inch or 165x 45mm Super Low profile URBAN TREADS tyres have been specifically designed to fit TRAMPA's incredibly strong & sexy range of 3.75 Inch hubs. 

We wanted to radically change the rough ride experience of that when riding with regular style longboard wheels, even the super-soft GUMMIES tyres can feel harsh when riding on not so smooth surfaces such as when riding in Urban/City environments.... We all know the pavements & roads are far from a perfect surface so much so that sometimes its almost impossible to ride regular Longboard wheels, some of the pot holes around me are terrible but with these URBAN TREADS tyres fitted you can smash through all the imperfections whilst still enjoying that small wheel fast turn feel... 

TRAMPA's 6.5 Inch URBAN TREADS tyres are arguably the Premium Tyre choice when it comes to requiring lots of grip from Small sized wheels. Produced with whats known as a 'High TPI casing' the rubber compound used is 'super soft & very Grippy'. TPI means Threads Per inch & the URBAN TREADS tyre, being premium, uses thousands of very fine threads per Inch in its construction to stitch between the 'outer lightweight nylon Rims', the length of the threads in turn gives the wide construction shape to the tyre... having a High TPI means the tyre's construction is incredibly strong whilst still very supple, like a posh bicycle tyre. 

Having a High TPI & using hefty amounts of thick Motorcycle rubber means not only is the construction of the tyre incredibly strong but it will also wear incredibly well too. This extra strength in turn allows the tyre to be run at both, incredibly low tyre pressure or should the circumstances require (such as a skate park where you need to pump hard) inflated to being incredibly hard, the URBAN TREADS tyres can easily handle our factory set limit of 65psi. We have herd of some of the crazy Lab Rats we use (i mean TRAMPA team riders) are inflating URBAN TREADS over 100psi (i dont think their pump will allow them to get any more air in haha) & with currently no problems to report... But for sure, if one pop's at 100psi it will certainly make one hell of a noise!! BANG!!​ haha! :-)

Riding on such a small sized tyre gives the most radical performance change to literally every board in the TRAMPA range. There is no doubt the tyre was developed specifically for the URBAN CARVER BOARD & more in particular the ELECTRIC URBAN CARVE BOARD where both products use a smaller deck & the smaller sized Mini Spring Trucks system,  the smaller board needed a slightly smaller tyre than that of the full sized 8 inch ATB decks to compliment the overall product size, so in true TRAMPA style we made the URBAN TREADS Tyre special for that application but since then we have found over these last cold wet winter months that the 6.5 inch URBAN TREADS tyres have also become the choice tyre for Mountainboards who are maintaining their riding skills in the out of season period by riding in indoor Parks or Tracks, just ask Sonnie - TRAMPA Pro Team rider, who has literally not stopped riding indoor skate parks to retain his fitness through the winter since the release of these new tyres...

TRAMPA's Electric boards have amazing performance with a top speed of over 60kmph achievable on all models. When your hitting high speeds like this you need good tyres on your board. Thankfully the URBAN CARVE range of decks are fitted with super sexy 6.5 inch URBAN TREADS Tyres connected to 62 Tooth Pulleys as standard. The reinforced, low profiled, wide center beaded with intelligently designed jagged edge around the side can be run on low inflation pressure which gives enough grip to cut muddy corners or nip down hard packed off road tracks no problem, but can also handle the super inflation for straight line flat out speed. If you wish to ride full speed we 1stly suggest you turn the SPRING ADJUSTERS clockwise to tighten the steering resistance, pre-loading more tension into your springs before you wish to hit high speeds will prevent potential wobble, and if you re beginning to feel a bit of wobble, then you should move the springs to the outside position before attempting to go any faster. If you still feel speed wobble when the springs are in the outside position, then you should then further add the TRAMPA DAMPA's to add even more steering resistance to enable you to be able to go even faster :-)

The Urban Tread tyre doesn't only handle high speeds easily but riding around town where you are likely to be bashing up & down curbs & dealing with cracks in the road or potholes, then you should be riding at much lower inflation pressures. The lower pressure gives so much comfort on the rougher stuff but of course does increase Drag making it harder for your batteries to perform well...
