330mm long x 15mm wide HTD 5M HP STRONGBELT for STREET CARVE Motor Mounts USING Street Carve Panel & 33 or 37 Tooth Slave

This is a 330mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). It is a High Power rated (HP) TRANSMISSON BELT made by the world famous German Brand called STRONGBELT. This one is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Street Carver

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards in its range a 15mm wide TRANSMISSION BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which can be prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power remains smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

Slave Wheel for TRAMPA 83mm & 90mm Longboard Wheels

TRAMPA's 33 Tooth Slave Wheel connects into all of TRAMPA's 83mm & 90mm Longboard Wheels perfectly! It connects through the Longboard Wheel using an Aluminum Centering Ring & M4 x 40mm Bolts with M4 M4 Nylock Nuts to lock it into position.

This custom made Slave Wheel can accept any size belt up to 17mm. TRAMPA uses's a German made 15mm wide STRONGBELT which provides a very smooth power delivery to the user, even from a standing start....

Changing your Motor Pulley &/or Slave pulley wheels will drastically change the performance characteristics of your ride... Small Pulleys at the Wheel Slows accelleration but increase's top the speed! :-)

Custom CENTERING RING

With the use of 6x Marine Grade Stainless Steel M4x40mm Socket Capped Bolts & 6x M4 Nylock Nuts, TRAMPA's Longboard Wheel Slave Wheel CENTERING RING, which is made from Solid Aluminum, connects through & around the spokes of the 83 or 90mm Longboard Wheels, locking the Slave Wheel solid in position into the wheel & ready to be connected to the HTD (High Torque Drive) Rubber STRONGBELT to give for some super smooth, high speed electric motor action!

Custom 15mm wide Motor Pulley 13, 14 or 15 tooth

TRAMPA's 15mm wide 13-15 Tooth Motor Pulleys connect directly to the Motor Axle & are secured into position using a Magnetic Fixing Key & 4mm Locking Grub Screw.

These custom made Motor Pulley Wheels  fit 15mm wide STRONGBELTS, which should never stretch or break whilst at the same time providing a very smooth power delivery to the user - even from a standing start.

Choice of Aluminium or Black Steel. Aluminium Pulleys are perfect for those looking to save every gram possible on their board - Black Steel Pullys are heavier, but much harder wearing.

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x12mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

STREET Carver Truck Original Carbon Fiber Motor mounting panel made from 3k Twill Carbon Fibre 5mm Thick

Made from 3k Twill Carbon Fibre then Laser cut to precision, this Original Street Carver Motor Mount Panel is made specifically to fit TRAMPA's range of 6364 Motors. (but will also fit many other branded motors that are similarly sized.)

To Mount this Street Carver Carbon Motor Mount Panel to your Stret Carver Trucks you will need the Original Street Carver Truck Motor Mount connector, 2x special ball-ended flat nose M8x16mm Grub Srews (to lock the Connector to the Truck Hanger) & 4x M5x16mm Countersunk Bolts to secure the Carbon Fiber panel to the motor mount connector. 

Available for Regular or Goofy Riders.

Motor Axle Support for Spring Truck Motor Mounts UNIVERSAL

This part ensures your motor is supported and the belt is running straight - two very important jobs for a smooth, fast and reliable board.

Motors with longer axles, like TRAMPA’s own, will fit perfectly into the housed bearing within, supporting the axle rotation, ensuring there is no ‘give’ in the axle, where the belt could potentially slip off at high speeds.

Fitting onto Channel Truck Motor Mounts this Motor Axle Support will work with any of the 6-9inch tyres in the TRAMPA range.

M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

M5 x 16mm TORX Countersunk Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with Fitting

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush.

9.525 x 13.525 x 10.3mm - Internal Bearing support & External Wheel Support Spacer for STICKIES Wheels on MINI Spring Trucks

Precision made to ensure an accurate fit with no rattles, this Polished, 9.525mm x 13.52mm x 10mm long "precision made Aluminium spacer" fits onto the axles of the Carveboard Trucks & also in-between the Bearings of the Carveboard Wheels. The Bearing Support Spacers get crushed over time from constant tightening, so check the spacer is fitting well and replace if necessary over time.

PRECISION Shim spacer - STAINLESS STEEL - Bridges tiny gaps on axles - 9.525 x 13.525 x 1mm

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!

The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.

This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!

9.525 x 13.525 x 10.3mm - Internal Bearing support & External Wheel Support Spacer for STICKIES Wheels on MINI Spring Trucks

TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.

TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.

TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.

As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

& add a few drops of Speed Cream. R6-2RS TRAMPA Mini Spring Truck Street Carve & 12FIFTIES Bearings used to fit STICKIES Longboard Wheels to 9.525mm Axels (9.525 x 22.225 x 7.14mm) - CUSTOM

TRAMPA's STREET BOARDS (Carveboard & Longboard) use special R6-2RS Bearings to fit the STICKIES or other Longboard style wheels that then fit to the TRAMPA Mini Spring or TRAMPA's Extra wide 12FIFTIES Longboard Trucks.

To handle the extra forces a wider Axle may suffer (potentially fitting an electric motor will transform the forces even more so), we choose to increase the thickness of the Axle to a new Imperial size of 3/8ths of an inch, which translates in Metric measurement size of 9.525mm. So in order to fit regular Longboard wheels to the Mini Spring Trucks or the New TRAMPA Extra Wide Longboard Trucks you will need to squeeze in the special R6-2RS Bearings

Precision made R6-2RS TRAMPA Bearings are polished to an internationally recognised ABEC-7 quality. (ABEC 3-5 is recognised as the industry standard). ABEC 7 polishing gives you a super smooth & super fast ride, prolonging top end roll speeds for longer.... :-) Available with either RED, BLACK, WHITE or GREEN CERAMIC sidewalls, all of which are embossed with the TRAMPA logo to prove quality, the R6-2RS Bearings will squeeze to most regular sized Longboard wheels currently on the market.

R6 tells you the bearing standard size whilst 2RS means the bearing has 2 Removable Sidewalls. The Removable Rubber sidewalls 'seal the single row of lubricated ball bearings within the Chrome Steel housings, protecting them from the elements such as dust & moisture, maintaining maximum performance to the board & rider for as long as possible'. The rubber sealed sidewalls are easily removed so that you can service & clean your bearings on a regular basis, again maintaining high performance all of the times! 

These R6-2RS Si3N4 CERAMIC BEARINGS are our best offering yet! Using P4 Chrome Steel for both Inner & Outer Raceways & 7x Si3N4 CERAMIC Bearings mounted in a low friction Nylon cage, they will certainly enhance your ride ahead offering less resistance & therefore increased roll-ability compared to regular Steel bearings... 

Ceramic Bearings are famed for being less resistant steel bearings which is what makes them so spin fast.... Having less resistance enables Ceramic Bearings to roll faster & further from the same point when directly compared to Steel Bearings. If your using electric power on the back of your board, with Ceramic Bearings fitted all around then you will accelerate faster & your riding range will be bettered for sure.... 

Fitted with Removable 'Vibrant GREEN' sidewalls with the contrasting BLACK TRAMPA lettering, the Ceramic bearings are easy to clean & service whilst being bright Green the R6 2RS Bearings are easy identifiable as being the fastest, so if you in a race with a guy with Green Bearings, then watch out as he may already have the advantage over you if you don't...!

STICKIES Longboard & Street Carver Wheel Super High Rebound 83 x 52mm

TRAMPA's incredible range of STICKIES Longboard Wheels have taken the world of Longboarding by storm! Produced using the highest grade of Ultra Premium Urethane, and available in either 83 or 90mm size options with a varying range of suitably colour co-ordinatied Urethane Hardnesses, the variety compliments all the different types of rider, covering all the different aspects of street riding. You will be pleased to learn STICKIES Longboard Wheels will fit to ALL Longboard, Street-board & Skateboard Trucks using 8 or 9.525mm Axles.

The re-enforced VENTED CORE of the STICKIES Wheel houses a Center-set bearing position. For those that don't know this means the bearings are housed centrally within the wheel. Being center-set ensure an even wear rate to the wheel ensuring maximum grip at all times, whilst guaranteeing a balanced "high speed spin-rate", thus making turning/sliding as predictable as possible! Not only does the vented core reduce weight, but it also increases airflow around the Bearings ensuring lower operating temperatures when running at high speeds...
