This ia 416mm long x 16mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). This Belt is High Power rated (HP) & arguably over engineered for our application as the belt is made in Germany by the world famous company called STRONGBELT, who usually supply into heavy industry public sector applications which demand much more stringent requirements of any electric skateboard! This belt is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Mountainboard.

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards, a 15mm wide TRANSMISSON BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which are prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power is smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

Belt Tension Roller Housing for 15mm Belts - SILVER

Ensuring that belts are correctly tensioned and positioned is an important part of setting up and maintaining your board. A poorly tensioned belt is far more likely to snap or slip, both of which are highly undesirable when your belts are also your brakes!

Made from T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, these Belt Tension Rollers are to designed to house a premium TRAMPA 608 BEARING, ensuring a smooth and consistent roll while tensioning the belts. Used with 15mm belts on PRO BELT or OPEN BELT DRIVE, as well as MKII Urban Carve Motor Mounts.

Stainless steel SPACER NUT for mounting the 20mm Belt Tensioner onto 20mm PBD

These Spacer-Axles have two functions, correctly positioning the 15mm Tension Roller, as well as providing the housed 608 bearing a snug-fitting axle to spin freely on.

TRAMPA's 13 Tooth Motor Pulley Wheel connects directly to the Motor Axle & is secured into position using a Magnetic Fixing Key & 4mm Locking Grub Screw.

This custom made Motor Pulley Wheel uses the German Made & 15mm wide STRONGBELT which should never stretch or break whilst at the same time providing a very smooth power delivery to the user even from a standing start....

Changing your Motor Pulley &/or Drive pulley wheels will drastically change the performance of your ride... :-)

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x8mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

PRO BELT TUB - Fits to both V2 16mm & V3 20mm Pro Belt Tub Covers

CNC’d from a solid block of T6 heat-treated Aluminium, the V3 PRO BELT MOTOR MOUNT TUB is built around keeping the drive train securely & accurately attached, while running as smoothly as possible. Paired with the specially designed CNC’d COVER, the completed tub keeps the elements outs, the gears & belts clean & dry, & the whole board running smoothly.

Attaching T6 Aluminium BASH GUARDS (left & right) ensures the Tub will survive every knock & bump the drive system is bound to receive on a ride.
Special cutouts on the sides of tub allow snapped belts to be ejected out & away from the drive train, preventing any jammed gears or wheel lock.

The Tub is perfectly symmetrical allowing it to slide onto left or right drive trains.

The Pro Belt Tub Cover is crucial to keeping your drive system free of dirt & debris. CNC’d from Premium Aluminium, giving it the perfect weight-to-strength ratio, the cover slots tightly over the Pro Belt Tub, perfectly sealing off the drive system.

16mm PRO Belt Drive Motor Connector with 608 Bearing - SILVER ONLY

Housing a precision bearing for Motor Axle Support the PRO BELT DRIVE Motor Adaptor is used for attaching the motor securely to the drivetrain.
Precision CNC’d from hardened steel, the Motor Adaptor also allows for the use of PRO MOTOR HOUSING.

Mountainboard Motor Mount V-Ring TUB Seals - Fits both BELT & SPUR Gear Drive Motor Mounts

This rubber seal fits to the PRO BELT DRIVE & the SPUR GEAR DRIVE, and prevents dust & dirt from getting inside the motor mounts. Like many parts, you should check over & clean this seal after every few rides, to ensure it’s doing its job, and it isn’t on it’s last legs!

When installing this seal, be sure that the ‘V-side’ of the seal is facing outwards, towards the tub. You may need to get a small knife or ruler to slip behind and reposition it as you go.

M6 x 30mm Countersunk Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

The head of this Bolt is COUNTERSUNK, meaning that when screwed into position it sits flush & neat with the surface its screwed into. Preventing bolts from standing proud eliminates the chance of anything getting "snagged or hung-up" should it get caught on something..

M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck

Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
