TRAMPA Custom DC Motor 6364 6376 6386 - SINGLE

TRAMPA Custom Single motor 6364 160Kv or 6376 wound in 160Kv or 185Kv configurations.

TRAMPA's very own purpose made 160 KV 6376 Out-Runner Motor provides 160RPM per volt. CUSTOM MADE to handle HIGH Power outputs.

This Motor has many NEW features that increase both hardiness & efficiency!

- Improved thermal design; with a more thermally-connected-mass, heat can dissipate much more efficiently. The new Rotor bodies feature raised rings that increase surface area, further helping heat dissipation.

- Stronger Hardware; larger & stronger bolts have been used throughout the motor, improving the motor’s strength & sturdiness, while making maintenance a lot less fiddle-y.

- Optimised Air-cooling; Stator cooling via air-flow - larger openings on the stator & having no sensor PCB both help to encourage a cooling flow of air through the motor. Further improve the air-flow using the MKII Motor Housing & Fan End-cap Kit.    

- Accurate & faster temperature readings; With a heat sensor glued to the copper windings in the ideal location, it's possible to get faster and more accurate motor-temp readings, which is important for future sensorless startup algorithms.

- Optimised for sensorless rotor position detection; With no sensor PCB inside, this motor works best when used with a VESC Speed Controller featuring Advanced Sensorless Startup - when paired & activated the motor will be able to reach full torque at 0RMP! 


All TRAMPA Motors use Premium high-temperature Copper & the highest grade of Neodymium Magnets available. The magnets connect to an Extended & Heat treated 8mm Steel Axle shaft that's locked in a balanced position with 4 precision Bearings. All screws & fixings used in the assembly are Marine grade Stainless Steel. All creating super-tough  motors that can easily out-perform the competition!

Our special design allows you to fit mesh filters, or entire Motor housings, preventing the impregnation of particles entering in the motor & stopping them running smoothly. The motor Stators are equipped with twelve M4 threaded mounting holes, sitting on a 44mm diameter circle. The extra holes allow the motor to be mounted at the exact angle needed so the motor cables always sit in the perfect angle, towards the mount or deck.

Using 38.5mm x 8mm Heat-Treated Hardened-Steel Motor Shaft (fitted with a 12x3x3mm KEYWAY locator as standard), the extra length of the Axle allows us to add adequate support with Motor Axle Supports, & allows us to fit  Extra wide Motor Pulleys for the 15 - 20mm wide HTD 5M STRONGBELTs we use as standard, guaranteeing a much stronger power delivery.

Two 3x3x12mm KEYWAYs lock the Axle shaft at both ends (1 to the Rotor & 1 to the Motor Pulley), eliminating any & all "Motor slip", & providing maximum performance to the rider, while gaining critical data for the VESC speed controller.

The Heavy Duty & high quality power cables use 4mm Gold Plated Bullet Connectors to connect to a power source. 

 

Aluminium Star Shaped Motor Filter Holder for all 63mm size Motors

The Motor Star Holder is a critical piece of Trampa motors - it holds in place the filter at the end of the motor casing keeping dust and debris out so you can ride longer!

This Stainless Steel 'Motor END FILTER' fits into the end of any of TRAMPA's motors,

Fitting filters to your motors prevents dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though, encouraging cool operating temperatures.

This circular Stainless Steel Filter is pre-punched with the fixing holes to fit to all TRAMPA Motors. It requires the STAR SHAPED ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER to secure the end filter into place, whilst M3x4mm Dome Headed bolts screw through the star holder & filter turning directly into the end of the motor.

This Stainless Steel WRAP Around Motor filter wraps around the CAN or BASE of any of TRAMPA's motors,

There are air cooling holes in the base of TRAMPA's motors to encourage cool air to enter to keep the motor running cool, prolongiung maximum throttle! The stainless filters prevent dust n debris from entering the motor whilst still allowing cool air enter & pass though.

The WRAP Around Stainless Filter has fixing holes pre-punched into it. During installation the filter should be folded in half. This is best done over a firm accurate straight line such as a metal ruler. Once the filter is folded in half it is double thickness & therefore double filtered...

Using tiny M3x4mm Dome Headed Allen Key bolts & a tiny amount of non permenant Lock Tight to stop them running out, pass the little bolts though the pre-punched fixing holes in the filter & stretching the filter into a tight position & screw directly into the can of the motor.

This filter fits all TRAMPA Motors & is best used in conjunction with the Motor END FILTER & ALUMINUM END FILTER HOLDER that secures the end filter in place

This filter has been designed for those who want to save as much weight as possible while still maintaining a level of protection against grit and dust. 
 
The filter mesh is 0.15 mm, this will only allow particulates that are small enough to pass through the air gap between motor magnets and the stator. 

Allowing for consistent cooling of the motor while reducing wear on the motor.

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x12mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

CNC’d from a solid block of T6 heat-treated Aluminium, the SPUR GEAR DRIVE HOUSING is as strong as it is sleek. When paired with the CNC’d TUB COVER, the completed housing keeps the elements outs, the gears & belts clean & dry, & the whole board riding smoothly.
Designed to tightly slip around the CNC’d Hangers on Precision Vertigo Trucks, the Tub locks the entire drivetrain is accurately & securely in line.
With a bash-guard integrated into its design, you can be confident the tub will survive all the knocks-&-bumps its bound to receive on a ride.

Spur Gear Drive 57 Tooth 17.5º HELICAL Slave Pulley - c45 Hardened Steel

Spur Gear Drives are compatible with Straight-cut or Helical Gears.
CNC’d from hardened steel, the 58-tooth Helical Slave Pulley pairs with the 10-tooth Helical Motor Pulley, giving a gear ratio of 1:5.8. Compared to the 59-tooth Straight-cut Slave Pulley’s ratio of 1:5.9, Helical gears will ultimately have a higher top speed.  


Helical Gears provide more surface contact between the teeth, resulting in a smoother & quieter ride.

Straight-cut Gears are the cheaper option – still providing amazing torque & performance, while running a bit louder than helical.

This rubber seal fits to the PRO BELT DRIVE & the SPUR GEAR DRIVE, and prevents dust & dirt from getting inside the motor mounts. Like many parts, you should check over & clean this seal after every few rides, to ensure it’s doing its job, and it isn’t on it’s last legs!

When installing this seal, be sure that the ‘V-side’ of the seal is facing outwards, towards the tub. You may need to get a small knife or ruler to slip behind and reposition it as you go.

The Clamp housing slips over the axels of Precision CNC’d Vertigo Trucks, ensuring the drivetrain sits at the correct angle.
Working in conjunction with the Conical Clamp, when connected together the housing squeezes the clamp to the hanger, securely attaching the drivetrain to the trucks.

This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA PHATLAD HUBS. M5 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes to Trucks & Bindings

Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M5 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M5 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for all  Decks & also for the Dome Head Bolts connecting the L BRACKETS to the BindingsUse an 8mm spanner or Ratchet Drive to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

9 INCH Inner Tube INNOVA 9x2.5 Inch 225x65mm - fits 45 inch Rims & 9 inch tyres

INNOVA's Re-enforced 9 Inch inner tube measures 225mm x 65mm and will fit into all the of the 9 inch Tyres on the TRAMPA website. This 9 Inch Inner Tube will also fit into the tyres of other brands. Being made from slightly thicker rubber, this Inner Tube is slightly heavier than alternatives but the Inner Tube will handle much higher than recommended inflation rates... Therefore this INNOVA inner tube is ideal for heavier or pro riders seeking high inflation pressures...

This INNOVA Inner tube will fit into all known 9 inch tyres as well as most ATB Hubs on the market & it comes as expected with a "Plastic Anti Dust" Valve cap!

Available in a range of Painted Vibrant colours with colour co-ordinating Black TRAMPA Logo's, the PHATLAD hubs Weigh just 184g per hub (not including fixings) TRAMPA's PHATLADS are the lightest, strongest, cheapest, best choice of hub for 9” & 10” Tyres by far.

Injection molded using genuine DuPont composite materials, PHATLAD Hubs utilize a special '2 part split-rim design' that can fit any 3.75 Inch Rim Tire (6, 7, 8 Inch Diameter Tyres) & or any 4 Inch Rim tyres (9 & even 10 Inch Diameter tyre) that TRAMPA offers & pretty much any similar size tyre on the market – One amazing lightweight strong hub to fit them all will transform your ride experience for sure!

Measuring 3.75/4 (rim diameter) x2.5 Inch (rim width) the PHATLADS hubs are a half inch wider than regular 8x2 inch TRAMPA mountainboard hubs. The slimmer/inside half of the hub has straight sided, up to the edge spokes, where as the outer/fatter half of the hub is much wider & has Angled spokes. The Angled spokes give a Deep-Dish appearance whilst gaining the extra half inch width to give them the name PHATLAD's. The PHATLAD's have the same extrnal bearing housing measurement or axle space required to fit the 8x2 Inch TRAMPA hubs onto the 12mm TRAMPA axles of 34.2mm. This 'Off-Set' 34.2mm Bearing positioning means the wider hubs sit perfectly on the axle with no problems.

Increasing the Rim width increases the ground contact of any tyres fitted to them, giving a low wide look when the 6, 7 & 8 inch tyres are fitted & the PHATLADS Hubs are the perfect width fit for the larger 9 & 10 inch tyres to get maximum surface contact (GRIP) in the muddiest of conditions when contact is needed most!

Being 2.5 Inches wide but able to fit the smaller 3.75 inch tires, means that when fitting the smaller tires to the larger hubs that the profile of the tire is completely different... The wider rim will 'Stretch' the tire & give you even more surface contact, as its being stretched width-ways this will reduce the overall tire height, reducing your tire height is like changing your final gear in the drive on an E-Board & reducing the size of your wheel will give you faster acceleration but of course slower top speed.. Its interesting to try different combinations & using PHATLADS you have hundreds of combinations available to you..

TRAMPA's PHATLADS hubs will fit flawlessly to any of TRAMPA's OPEN BELT DRIVEPRO BELT DRIVE & SPUR GEAR DRIVE Motor mount setups as well as hundreds of alternative applications, it has quickly become the DIY'ers Wheel of choice....!!

There are two sets of Bolt holes running around the perimeter of the PHATLADS Hubs. The Outer set of holes are for the assembly of the Hub & require the M4 nuts being inserted into the nut housings on the thinner of the 2 parts & once the 2 parts are mated together the Shorter M4x45mm bolt should be threaded through from the fatter side of the hub tightening into then nut with a T20 TORX Key. This M4 nut is submerged & the bolt should not sit proud of the surface of its housing. 

The Inner M4x50mm T20 TORX bolt holes of the PHATLADS hubs match the same screw pattern as any of the TRAMPA Slave pulleys suiting the 62 Tooth Slave Pulley when fitted with 6 inch tyres, the 66 tooth Slave Pulley when fitted with 8 inch Tyres & 76 Tooth Slave Pulley when fitting 9 Inch tyres.... Having 2 sets of Bolt holes allows the user to be able to remove the wheel from the assembly without deflating & disassembling the wheel, meaning they can HOT-SWAP their wheel. Being able to 'Hot Swap' your wheels without taking them apart saves you lots of time when it comes to creating different rider setups, after all a board with 6 inch wheels is completely different to a board with 9 or 10 inch Wheels!

It is possible to fit either the 12mm axle 6001-2RS Bearings & 9.525mm axle 16001-2RS Bearings into the bearing housing of the PHATLAD hubs & of course Bearing reducer sleeves can be used to reduce the 12mm bearings to either 9.525mm (TRAMPA's Mini Spring Trucks & 12FIFTIES Trucks use 9.525mm Axles) or 10mm axles if your axle should be 10mm not the imperial 9.525mm TRAMPA uses. 

When fitting PHATLAD wheels on to 12mm TRAMPA Truck axles, you should install a 18.2 x 12mm Wheel Support Spacer onto the axle before then adding the first 12mm bearing, then slide on the Orange 16.5mm Internal Spoke Support spacer & then stretch on & roll into position the 10mm O-Ring. Do all that & then present the assembled wheel & carefully slide/push the hub/wheel into position. Place the 2nd bearing onto the axle & push into the assembly. Finally, screw on the 7/16ths Axle nut with your fingers & tighten up with a 16mm or 9/16ths spanner.

Measuring 3.75/4 (rim diameter) x2.5 Inch (rim width) the PHATLADS hubs are a half inch wider than regular 8x2 inch TRAMPA mountainboard hubs. The slimmer/inside half of the hub has straight sided, up to the edge spokes, where as the outer/fatter half of the hub is much wider & has Angled spokes. The Angled spokes give a Deep-Dish appearance whilst gaining the extra half inch width to give them the name PHATLAD's. The PHATLAD's have the same extrnal bearing housing measurement or axle space required to fit the 8x2 Inch TRAMPA hubs onto the 12mm TRAMPA axles of 34.2mm. This 'Off-Set' 34.2mm Bearing positioning means the wider hubs sit perfectly on the axle with no problems.

Increasing the Rim width increases the ground contact of any tyres fitted to them, giving a low wide look when the 6, 7 & 8 inch tyres are fitted & the PHATLADS Hubs are the perfect width fit for the larger 9 & 10 inch tyres to get maximum surface contact (GRIP) in the muddiest of conditions when contact is needed most!

9” INNOVA INLINE TYRE has a straight cut profile that make it the perfect grip option for easy rolling. Working best on hard surfaces, such as Skate parks, Tarmac or Asphalt. The 3mm deep INLINE grooved surface, encourages the tyre to "Track" in a straight line.

9" MUD PLUGGER TYRES are the perfect grip choice when the riding conditions turn bad & you need the maximum amount grip! The Mud-Plugger tyre has a wide center bead, giving good top end roll speed, but is also deeply grooved with aggressive Grip around its sides Mud-Pluggers works best in bad conditions!

9" DIAMOND TREAD TYRES are an amazing all-round choice for off-road riding. Hard compound rubber allows for fast rolling speeds, whilst the aggressive grip pattern provides amazing grip on both hard & soft dirt.
