The Open Belt Drive (OBD) Motor Mounts are a simple yet brilliant motor mounting system which happen to be also very versatile. Essentially, this kit is the bare-bones of your motor system - giving you the freedom to pick, choose, and customise what your final product will be!

Its possible when using the correct sized Slave Pulleys & Belts to match, to fit any wheel size from 83mm STICKIES Longboard Wheels all the way up to 10 Inch off road Pneumatic wheels, which means you can have endless fun setting up your board in loads of different ways for different rides, keeping the DIY enthusiast busy with almost endless set up options....

In an attempt to keep the OBD Motor Mount as compact as possible, whilst remaining as versatile as possible, there are therefore 2 sizes of OBD Mounts to choose from. Using the smaller 66T OBD Motor Mount (The 66T means it will fit any Slave Pulley up to 66 Tooth, which is the perfect gearing  ratio for 8 inch wheels) its possible to fit any pulley & wheel size up to 8 inches.

Using the larger 76T OBD Motor Mount you can still fit all the wheels the 66T mount can fit but being larger can also fit the 9 & 10 Inch hubs & Tyres. When the 76T mount is used with the smallest wheels the wheels make the mounts look a bit out of proportion, but it works fine,& then when you then put the big wheels on the proportion is drawn good again.... so if you don't ever envisage using 9 or 10 inch wheels take the smaller OBD Motor mounts, if you do envisage using larger wheels, then take the 76T OBD Motor Mount so you get all the options...

Available in all 10 co-ordinating anodised colours that TRAMPA likes to offers, however the OBD Motor Mounts are only Compatible with the CNC ATB Mountainboard Trucks. There are endless options of TRAMPA wheels to choose from & equally a good variety of pulley kits & pulley sizes to match the wheels you may wish to run.

The Motor Mount Connectors snuggly slide over the truck hanger & are secured tightly with 1x M6x25mm TORX Capped Head MARINE GRADE Stainless Steel Bolt.

Belt Tension Roller Housing for 20mm Belts

Ensuring that belts are correctly tensioned and positioned is an important part of setting up and maintaining your board. A poorly tensioned belt is far more likely to snap or slip, both of which are highly undesirable when your belts are also your brakes!

Made from T6 Heat-treated Aluminium, these Belt Tension Rollers are to designed to house a premium TRAMPA 608 BEARING, ensuring a smooth and consistent roll while tensioning the belts. Used with 20mm belts on OPEN BELT DRIVE Motor Mounts.

These Spacer-Axles have two functions, correctly positioning the 20mm Tension Roller, as well as providing the housed 608 bearing a snug-fitting axle to spin freely on.

OBD Motor Mount Connector Panels are an all-in-one Mounting Panel & Truck connector, CNC’d from premium heat-treated T6 aluminium. Motor Mount Connector Panels are available in two models (66T or 76T), each designed with different gear ratios (therefore different performances) in mind.  

OBD 76T uses the 76 tooth Slave Pulley with a gear ratio of 5.43:1 - giving an amazing level of torque (similar to the Spur Gear Drive), and performance favouring insane acceleration over overall top speed. Due to clearance, OBD 76T Systems can only use 9 inch Wheels.

The Open Belt Drive Motor Adaptor has been precision CNC’d from heat-treated T6 Aluminium to fit securely to the 66T or 76T OBD Motor Mount Connector Panels. 

Able to fit any TRAMPA motor in the range, the OBD Motor Adaptor can also fit the amazing looking PRO DELRIN Motor covers.

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush. 

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

M6 x 25mm TORX Socket Capped TORX Head Bolt ISO 4762 Marine Grade Stainless Steel

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Weighing just 3 grams each, they are very lightweight, look very sexy & are totally non corrosive. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

M6 x 25mm Bolt - Fixes Trucks to HolyPro Decks - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

You’ll need 8 of the TRAMPA M6 x 25mm Marine Grade Stainless Steel Bolts & 8 of the TRAMPA M6 Stainless Steel Nylock Nuts to attach a pair of TRAMPA Skate Trucks to any TRAMPA Deck with Risers. You’ll also need a pair of 10mm ring spanners to tighten and loosen the Nuts & Bolts. Don’t forget to make sure you’re Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck

Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

Longboard & Skateboard Bearings (8 x 22 x 7mm) Red Black Blue White or GREEN Ceramic sidewalls ABEC 7 608

TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.

TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.

TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.

As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

& add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.
