We are proud to announce the brand new VESC-Express data logging, GPS connectivity, and wireless connection develloper module incorporating the famous ESP32 chip with its great connectivety. This tiny device is a game changer for your permanent logging needs and high-speed wireless connections to your VESC devices. Log files can be quite heavy and Wi-Fi® or USB connections are the way forward to extract them.
The built-in Micro SD card compatible slot allows you to add a gigantic storage volume for your logging files. Therefore you can log every single ride without worrying too much about storage capacity.
Stored log files can be shown via VESC-Tool using the lightning-fast Wi-Fi® connection offered by the ESP32 chipset. Wi-Fi® speed connections to your VESC devices are also very beneficial for firmware updates. Load new firmware onto your motor controller within seconds, not minutes and retrieve big log files super fast.
The VESC Express is connected to your system via CAN-Bus and can therefore be operated in parallel to UART devices already connected to your motor controller. Another very beneficial feature is USB via CAN. The VESC Express dongle features a USB-CTM cable compatible connector. This connection can be routed to a USB type port situated somewhere on your vehicle. This way you will be able to generate an additional USB access point if needed.
Secure wireless access to devices like smart phones, computers and tablets: The VESC Express dongle allows you to secure the connection via a PIN code and encryption.
The VESC Express dongle can act as a Wi-Fi® compatible access point with password protection or it can be configured to connect to an existing Wi-Fi® network (station mode), just like a wireless printer would do. In any case, you will be able to connect to your VESC devices with speeds outperforming USB connections.
This little device is also the perfect module for connections to a distant server, allowing you to configure your devices from the other side of the planet. The VESC 6 external silicone seal is a weather proof cover for VESC 6 mounted outside of the BEAST BOX or any other external mounting.
It comes with pre-cut holes for the motor power cables and a pre-cut slot for power to the VESC 6 from the battery.
It has pre marked holes for all the connecting cables to the VESC 6 (Bluetooth, controller receiver, etc) The user can slice these to thread the cable through, whilst keeping the weather proof seal.

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!
Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

M5 x 16mm TORX Socket Capped TORX Head Bolt ISO 4762 Marine Grade Stainless Steel
TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing into the M4 nut on the other side easly.
Weighing just 3 grams each, they are very lightweight, look very sexy & are totally non corrosive. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

M5 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes to Trucks & Bindings
Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M5 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.
This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M5 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for all Decks & also for the Dome Head Bolts connecting the L BRACKETS to the Bindings. Use an 8mm spanner or Ratchet Drive to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
