17ply 35° 9/73 TRAMPA BigBoi Mountainboard Deck - Fix the WINGS to the deck to add concave & the increase the width of the deck

The BigBoi Deck is made for the Big Boys out there! (Anyone with long legs or roughly taller than 5 foot 10 Inch) or riders with a really wide stance. It measures 73cm from crease to crease & comes in 3 flex's to suit just about every rider weight out there.

To fit the Massive Monster Box you must have the BigBoi Deck. By doing so allows you to install the 21700 cell pack & achieve approx 35 miles or range.

TRAMPA WING for MOUNTAINBOARDS will widen your deck, stiffen the flex, route the cables and increase your overall performance!! 1x Naked Wing, you need 2 Wings per Deck!!

•By widening the deck, & adding extra leverage beneath the toes & heels, which gives you more control of board.

•Channels on the underside allow for under-foot cable routing from the battery boxes to the Motors.

Mega Grippy & really easy to apply. Ensure the decks surface is clean & dry before application. Easy to custom shape, simply draw your shape on the back & cut out with Scissors or sharp knife. Remember to use a ruler for clean edges.

M6 x 35mm TORX Countersunk Bolt Stainless Steel

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush. 

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck

Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

Everybody loves stickers, especially TRAMPA VINYL stickers! TRAMPA vinyl's are pain-stakingly hand made at TRAMPA HQ using the absolute finest Vinyl material available! So long as the area it is to be stuck to is clean the Vinyl we use is guaranteed to stick well & not fade for well over 5 years. These BLUE vinyl stickers are sized to fit onto the top of the Trampa deck, the dimensions are 130mm long x 28mm high.

Peel the thick side away from the Masking tape so the sticker appears in reverse (negative) and simply lay the masking tape onto the surface in question. Using your fingers or a soft cloth, rub the masking tape, forcing any air out of the vinyl & allowing the vinyl to stick well. Then gently peel away the masking tape to reveal the Vinly.
