This O-Ring should be fitted when a 12 x 16.5mm Bearing Support Spacer is fitted into the wheel assembly when fitting a wheel onto 12mm Axles.
It fits alongside the Bearing Support Spacer, in-between the Bearings. This O-Ring prevents rattles from the spacer against the bearings. Over time, during the usage of your board, the bearings & spacers are put under a lot of force. Ultimately this force has to go somewhere... The Bearings use a Steel ring in their assembly where as the Bearing Support Spacers are made from Aluminum. Steel is much stronger than Aluminum & when forced against each the aluminum will loose out every time! This is what happens to your spacers between the bearings, the Bearings put force onto your spacers as a consequence over time the spacers shrink... With enough time its possible for an annoying rattle to start.... That's when you fit these little O-Rings!! :-)
TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing into the M4 nut on the other side easly.
Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush.

Standard dust caps to fit all inner tubes. Keep the crud out of your valves!. There is nothing worse than not being able to inflate your tyres. So ensure your Anti dirt dust caps are fitted tight!. Also fits bi-cycle valves
INNOVA's Re-enforced 9 Inch inner tube measures 225mm x 65mm and will fit into all the of the 9 inch Tyres on the TRAMPA website. This 9 Inch Inner Tube will also fit into the tyres of other brands. Being made from slightly thicker rubber, this Inner Tube is slightly heavier than alternatives but the Inner Tube will handle much higher than recommended inflation rates... Therefore this INNOVA inner tube is ideal for heavier or pro riders seeking high inflation pressures...
This INNOVA Inner tube will fit into all known 9 inch tyres as well as most ATB Hubs on the market & it comes as expected with a "Plastic Anti Dust" Valve cap!

Introducing TRAMPA's M4 (4mm Shaft) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M4 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.
This Nut is used to fix to tighten to the M4 Socket Capped Bolts that hold the HYPA & SUPERSTAR hubs together. To fit the nuts M4 use an 8mm spanner or 8mm Ratchet Socket to turn the Nut onto the Bolt whilst holding the bolt with a 3mm Allen Key. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 16.5mm (long) & is known as a Bearing Support Spacer. This Bearing Support Spacer fits between the Bearings, along side the 10mm O-Ring when fitting Bearings into a TRAMPA hub when mounting the wheel onto 12mm Axles.

TRAMPA SPOKES fit all SUPERSTAR & MEGASTAR Hubs. TRAMPA's Spokes are produced using the finest 6061 'Aero-Grade' Aluminum, which to maximise strength & performance are produced with the use of an Extrusion Die, which means TRAMPA spokes are made in one continuous piece before being sliced like bread to the required thickness. Before being sliced the extruded profile is T6 Heat Treated making the resulting Alloy extremely strong.
Once sliced, the Raw Spokes are bead polished which not only gives a top quality finish but also removes all & any sharp edges, before then being sent away to CNC machine to precisely mill out the 28mm O.D. bearing housing. Finally the spokes are sent to the Anodisers to have the relevant striking colours added for top surface protection.
This is the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR Spoke Support Spacer. It is used to gain extra strength for the SUPERSTAR wheel design by adding support to the Aluminum Spokes when the wheel is being used under high inflated pressures...
Precision injection moulded, using original DuPont materials, this Spacer provides essential support for the Spokes in the Superstar hubs. There is a Deep Shelf on the Rim of the Spacer which pushes into the internal side of the Spoke, positioning the Spacer/spoke perfectly for assembly. The thick plastic ensures a very strong support platform maximising Bearing support & spin rate always....
Ensure all your nuts & bolts are tight before riding!!
INNOVA's 9 Inch Straight cut INLINE STREET TYRE is an off the shelf "Old Skool Classic". Its Straight-Cut 3mm line Grooved profile & ability to handle High Inflation rates makes this tyre perfect option for high speed easy rolling, working best on hard, packed surfaces such as Skate parks, Tarmac or Ashpalt.
Re-enforced with a 4 Inch Steel Band INNOVA's INLINE Tyre is "4PR" rated. PR means "Ply Rating", so this tyre has 4 Ply / Layers of rubber that are inter-twined with its inner structural threads. Most other Tyres in the TRAMPA range are 2PR, so having 4PR means its double thickness & therefore much stronger, more resistant to punctures and more capable of high pressure!! The extra strength in the tyre means it will easily handle much higher than recommended inflation pressures, making it perfect for all sorts of high speed applications. As a consequence of the extra material used & the extra strength gained means the 9 Inch INLINE tyre does carry a little bit of extra weight when comparing weight to other similar sized tyres.
The INLINE's 3mm deep, grooved surface, encourages the tyre to "Track" in a straight line, whilst the 9 inch inflated diameter is plenty big enough to glide over mini pot holes & handle mildly rough terrain easily.. Measuring 225mm x 60mm when inflated, this INLINE Tyre will only fit to the PRIMO 3 SPOKE Hub. The factory's recommended max tyre pressure is 50psi. Over Inflation of your tyres may cause the Tyre to explode and cause you an injury so please be careful if you try this at home...
Using TRAMPA's NEW & AMAZING 9 inch Deep-Dish MEGASTAR wheels, it is now possible to comfortably fit larger sized 9 inch wheels into the assembly any of the TRAMPA Belt Drives or Spur Gear Drives using 16 inch Mountain board Spring Trucks.
Using 9 inch wheels which have been CNC Precision Milled from two solid blocks, milled with an offset bearing position, will significantly widen your wheel base making the board feel more stable & planted, whilst the additional width of the tires (9 inch Mud-Pluggers are 2.5 Inches wide where as 8 inch tyres are just 2 inches wide) increases the surface contact with the ground & as you can tell from the name of the Tyre which pretty much describes what its capable of, the extra 1/2 inch of tyre & the aggressive directional grip results in absolute heaps of extra grip comparing to the smaller 8 inch tyres, especially when riding off road in mddy conditions.
The increased tyre profile size of the well gripped sidewall will not only give you more Grip but also loads of extra Comfort when rolling over rough stuff & the increase of overall wheel size going from 8 inch to 9 inch will give you a natural Geared increase in Top Speed by approx 5%, making the new MEGASTAR hubs a must have piece of equipment for all serious of road electric mountain board riders out there...
It is possible to fit the 9 inch MEGASTAR WHEELS to any of TRAMPA's 66 Tooth Belt Driven Slave Pullies or 58/59 Tooth Spur Gear Drive Pulleys that would usually fit to the 8 inch Superstar wheels, So if you're looking for the latest all round upgrade, then this is the one for you!
The downside to using 9 inch wheels is the increase in weight... with all the increase in size they are bound to weigh more than the smaller wheels & rubber can weigh a lot... so to gain the extra grip that we talk about without adding to much extra weight we suggest that you only need to fit 2x of the 9 inch wheels on the rear drive wheels giving you the grip without all the weight of 4x wheels, so you only need just 2x 9 inch wheels to gain the extra Grip, speed & Comfort without too much extra weight... You might be thinking, what 8 inch on the front and 9 inch on the back.... yep thats right guys.... You might be thinking but then its higher one end than the other, Yep, thats right.... the extra height at the rear almost forces you int a more aggressive stance, positioning you ready to take the huge forces in the acceleration... the stance is nice, the tyres are amazing.....!!!
