Suspected fraud on & will be investigated & if necessary prosecuted.

3. Prices, VAT (Taxation), Currency, Exchange Rates & Payment

3.1 Retail Prices on the website display as default in UK POUNDS STERLING (£'s) & VAT TAX is NOT included in the prices displayed.

Payments using a Bank or Credit card through the Wolrdpay card processing company, are all processed in English pounds. Your bank will send the full value of th amount required, setting their own exchange rate & passing exchange rates fee's to your account. You may see some small fee's on your account for making international purchases.

3.2 VAT Taxation

UK VAT TAX is only charged to UK residence or to international customers requiring delivery to a UK address.

When you first visit the the website you will not know where in the world you are viewing from, we do not have or use intrusion technology that's looks at you as you arrive at the site & therefore the website will automatically assume you are a NON UK customer until you create an account on the website.

UK VAT Tax is charged at 20% above the total price including the cost of the shipment & is charged on all sales inside the United Kingdom

NON UK Customers pay no UK VAT Tax to TRAMPA.

NON UK Customers only pay local tax rates when the goods arrive in their country. Paperwork relating to your purchase travel with the goods purchased & details the items you have purchased & the amount of money you have paid. Local Taxes will be based on this information & a digital system means its very difficult to be able to bend the riles these days. The local Taxes will most likely be collected by the courier you selected at the time of purchase on behalf of your government. The couriers do this in an attempt to speed up the delivery process to you, so you don't have to pay it before the delivery, so they pay your taxes in advance & then collect it in from you in return. It depends where in the world you are but sadly quite frequently there is often a small surcharge for this service of paying your taxes in advance.

VAT TAX is chargeable on all Retail sales to all customers living within the UK. VAT is charged at the local rate by the Government of the United Kingdom at 20% of the total purchase value, including processing fee's & shipping.

Customers who live outside of the UK do not pay the UK VAT TAX,  instead the Tax value is removed from the Retail sales value, (meaning the amount you pay to TRAMPA is 20% lower than defaulted Retail price), HOWEVER, you need to know that you will be expected to pay importation taxes when the goods arrive in your country instead. Sadly the tax must be paid somewhere! It is impossible for us to list all of the import rates for all of the countries but as a guide import rates are roughly charged at around the same % value as that imposed by the Governing Authorities when dem&ing VAT tax, but as every country has different importation rates it maybe possibly worth your while establishing this information before purchasing to avoid any unexpected charges when the goods arrive with you. For our American friends i have found this lengthy document detailing how process works when items are posted to the USA. SO far to date we have experienced no problems shipping to any part of  the world.

The total VAT tax value is summerised on the check out pages of your order as well as also being detailed on your purchase invoice. To satisfy the authorities, Non UK Orders will show £0.00 Value in this VAT Tax field to show no tax has been paid.

3.3 Currency

All purchase's wishing to be paid using a Bank Card or Credit Card are processed through a international payment processing company called WORLDPAY.

The customer is directed away from the & taken to the Wordplay payment pages. TRAMPA neither see's or retains any of your purchase information, i.e. we see no bank card name, or bank card details or bank card registration address,  website will be processed in BRITISH POUNDS STERLING (£'s).

Payments can also be received via Bank Transfer, using Exchange rates set on the TRAMPA website. If you wish to pay by bank transfer in either British Pounds (£'s) into the English Account or Euro's (€'s) into the Euro account then please contact the the TRAMPA Accounts team letting them know you wish to make a bank Transfer. A member of the team will make contact with you & they will make an adjustment to your TRAMPA account & a new payment option will appear in the drop down list within the payment options section of the check out pages called pay by Bank Transfer...

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please remember this is not a given credit period. If you are paying by Bank Transfer, once your order is received you will be expected to make full payment immediately after the completion of the order as goods cannot leave the building until they are paid for. We will of course assume you will be making payment settlement so we will start assembling your order in preparation for a swift delivery to you, BUT we cannot ship out items until we receive proof payment for your purchase. The Bank Transfer payment may take several days to reach our bank, in which case please send a PDF copy of the Bank transfer which your bank will send to you to prove to us that the payment has been made & at that stage cannot be stopped by you (unless authorised by us) & so meaning we have reached an agreement & so we can have your goods shipped as soon as possible avoiding un-wanted delays in the delivery to you.

3.4 Payment processing

If you choose to pay by Credit Card, Bankers Debit Card, the amount due to settle the invoice will be deducted in full from your account as soon as you process your payment. The Debit or Credit card company you choose use to make the payment, sets the exchange rate that you pay. The transaction is safely processed by an independent third Party away from the TRAMPA website, by a company known as WORLDPAY. For your security, your card data is NOT recorded or stored by TRAMPA BOARDS LTD what so ever.

We retain title in any product(s) until we have received full payment for such product(s).

Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified.

In the event that no payment has been received within 12 calendar days after you submitted your order to us, your purchase will automatically be canceled, items dis-assembled & added back into stock & re-stocking fee may be imposed should you wish to make further business.

3.5 Your total price

The total price specified in the final check out screen includes shipping costs, any fee’s involved in processing the payment & any VAT Tax if it is applicable. This total price & taxation value will be recorded on the Invoice. We recommend you print off or download the invoice for future reference.

If you are paying by Debit card, Credit Card or PayPal, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your bank statement in your local currency.

If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the relevant exchange rate applicable to the market forces on the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate to that what is displayed on the TRAMPA Website. The exchange rates displayed on the TRAMPA website are only to be used as a guide. The rate your bank charges you is beyond our control. If you are concerned about the exchange rates we recommend you check with your bank prior to completing your purchase, to establish the exact rate of exchange they will charge you to transact the purchase so you can calculate how much it really costs you in your currency.

Please transfer only the exact amount specified on the Order Confirmation in the currency of the account you are paying into, & make individual transfers per order (do not merge 2 orders into 1 payment), using the Order number stated in your Invoice for each order.

3.6 Payment methods

You can find all the available payment methods in the Fee’s section of the Website. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified on there. If you do, we will not be liable for you or your loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this crazy action.

3.7 Price changes

The Retail Prices of the products are displayed on the Website. We attempt to keep the Retail Prices stable to maintain easy business but due to global influences from currency fluctuation to raw material cost fluctuation, it is possible that prices may need to change from time to time, but any future changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in an Invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery – where & when

Individual shipping rates are applied to the total weight of each product but the exact shipping rate for your order depends on the total weight of all of the items in your order plus an additional 10% extra for packaging, to the country where your order is being delivered too & in some cases the shipping service you select. For more refined details on shipping rates per country, which is based on total weight, then please see this link to the SHIPPING RATES pages or select through the HQ drop down menu at the top of the Website.

We only ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays & we do not ship on public holidays. Please refer to the SHIPPING RATES section of the Website for  the different shipping methods & approximate days for delivery times. We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address that is a residential or Business address in one of the countries listed in the shipping section of the Website.

4.2 Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

5. Shipping Weights, Rates & Prices

5.1 Shipping weights & prices

Using the shipping drop down menu on all products, you can easily see how much shipping costs to ship tha item anywhere in the world. Depending on the total weight of your purchase & its location in the world for delivery a selection of shipping services may be available to you. We use Royal Mail (The UK's National postal service) to send all small items weighing below 1kg, unless otherwise specified by the customer. The tracking service, when posting with Royal Mail, is a premium & extra cost service, so if you require tracking on your small order please select & pay for this service in the postage options of the checking out pages as this can not be added or given for free.

Anything weighing over 1kg, is sent Via UPS. UPS offer a selection of services all of which include Tracking into the cost of the service you select.

5.2 Shipping Times

Orders received are dealt with immediately & where ever possible shipped out on the same day.

Postage times displayed on the website are to be used as a guide only & are only relative once your item has been posted. We display the estimated time supplied to us by the couriers, BUT with all the best of intentions & from our experience all sorts of matters can happen that can influence the speed of your delivery. Please remember when you order that we only ship goods out Monday to Friday, often Mondays are very busy from sales from the weekend, therefore some orders received on Friday afternoons may bot be ready to be shipped until Tuesday evening.

Use the Tracking Facilities that will be emailed to you from both UPS & ourselves (TRAMPA) & email address, to keep an eye on your order.
