M4 x 10mm Countersunk Head Bolt Marine Grade Stainless Steel
Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!
Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.
The head of this Bolt is COUNTERSUNK, meaning that when screwed into position it sits flush & neat with the surface its screwed into. Preventing bolts from standing proud eliminates the chance of anything getting "snagged or hung-up" should it get caught on something..

The ORRSOM Underboard Battery Tray comes supplied with CNC Anodised End Bungs, Rubber Grommets silicone seals & strips of foam to be able to seal your deck off to be waterproof!
The Tray is 145mm wide at the Base but the edges are 5mm rounded. Top of the box is 165mm wide. Length 631mm, 22mm deep.

This 5mm Round BUNG is used to seal off any 5mm un-used Motor Cable Holes in either the MONSTER Box, BEAST Box & Underboard BATTERY Box.
5mm ROUND BLIND Rubber Grommet for 5mm TRAMPA Silicone Cable
This 5mm Round Blind Grommet is used to seal off un used Motor Cable Entry Holes in the MONSTER Box, BEAST Box & Underboard BATTERY Box.
The 5mm Round Blind Grommet should also be fitted into all Battery Boxes which are using the Motor Cable entry holes as passing the cables through the 'OPEN' Grommet seals the hole best as possible & protects from the ingress of moisture & dust.
To open the grommet to pass a cable through simply use a sharp Knife to press against the pre pressed slicing line & slice open the Rubber Membrane to allow you to push your cables through. Easy!
This OVAL Rubber BLIND Gromet Cable Entry Blank is used to seal of Entry Holes in MONSTER Box, BEAST Box & Underboard Battery Tray which fits on the ORRSOM longboard. Simply push the Oval Gromet into position & your entery holes is sealed from moisture & dust.
If you need to push a cable through, simply use a sharp knife and slice through the rubber membrane... There is a prominent line in the rubber, if you push you sharp knife against this line the Membrane will burst open for you to be able to push your cables through.
This M4 8m x 8mm RAMPA Muffen or Insert nut will allow you to secure M4 Bolts to your deck without the need of using often unsightly or protruding nut on the other side leaving a neat clean smooth finish to your assembly....
We use these M4 RAMPA Nuts to secure the UNDERBOARD Battery Tray to the underside of all of the Electric ORRSOM Boards...
To make the hole to accept the fitting the nut, you will need to measure accurately so first make a pilot hole using a 2/3mm drill bit. Then specifically using a 5mm Steel drill bit, carefully drill the larger sized hole remembering to drill at 90º to the surface. If you do not Drill 90º to the surface your RAMPA Nuts will not fit flush...
Once you have made the 5mm holes, use a 4mm Allen Key to screw the RAMPA nut into the deck. Be careful when screwing in, you need to add a little bit of force to make it bite into the surrounding material, but not too much force as you do not wish to push through anything.... Turning the M4 Allen Key may be tough as when screwing the nut into the deck as it will literally cutting a thread into the surrounding material of the deck as you do... It may help secure the RAMPA nuts even better if you add a tiny squirt of Glue as you tighten up the last few turns...
