This M5 x 20mm HEX HEAD BOLT KIT fixes TRAMPA Skate Trucks to 11ply HolyPro Decks only. The slightly shorter bolt avoids excessive thread exposure on thinner ply decks, improving visual appearance by giving a better fit.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel for our fixings means these bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with any bad terrain or weather. They laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches & muddy freeride tracks which commonly turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being totally Non Corrosive all of TRAMPA's Bolts are dipped in LOCTITE THREAD LOCKING PASTE whilst all of the Nuts have been fitted with the world renowned 'Nylock' locking system. This double security ensures the Nuts & Bolts stay tight for as long as possible allowing you to stay focused & push the boundaries of your equipment with the piece of mind that nothing is going to fail on you. Use 2 x 8mm ring spanners to tighten the M5 Nut onto the M5 Bolt. Ensure all your Nuts & Bolts are nice & tight before you ride!

Weighing just 18 grams for the entire set these Nuts & Bolts are very lightweight & being made from A4 Stainless steel they also look incredibly sexy!!

Use an 8mm ring Spanner and an 8mm socket drive to tighten your nuts onto bolts.

Using marine grade Stainless steel to provide the finest quality nuts and bolts, this 8 piece set consists of  M5 x 20mm spanner headed Shanked bolts with Blue locking paste, 5mm nylock nuts and 5mm form B washers. Perfect for the Trampa deck and an important upgrade when converting your trucks over to a new Trampa deck.

The ply of the deck will determine the length of the bolt required as a 12ply Trampa deck is much thiner than a 17ply.

M5 x 25mm TORX Countersunk Bolt

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush. 

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

M5 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes to Trucks & Bindings

Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M5 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M5 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for all  Decks & also for the Dome Head Bolts connecting the L BRACKETS to the Bindings. Use an 8mm spanner or Ratchet Drive to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
