Flex bridge fitting service including bolts

Fitting the flex bridge is pleasant job.
Its important it fits centrally on the deck.
Using a clamp we present the bridge to the deck & drill all the way through the first two outer holes. We make these outer holes the same dimension as the grab handle therefore not making anymore holes than what we need.
Once the grab handle holes are drilled the clamp can be removed & bridge can be secured with a couple of nuts & bolts so that the smaller, more precise holes can be made...
We use a 4.5mm HSS drill bit with a countersunk bit attached to make the work for the smaller holes. BUT we do not drill all the way through the deck & the flex bridge this time, instead we stop just short of the going through the bridge as then this hides all the bolts holding the bridge to the deck.
We use a M5 x 10mm countersunk bolt and accompanied with some bolt glue we force fix the countersunk bolt though the deck and into the Flex bridge.
We anchor the bridge in 4 places, this is plenty enough pressure to keep them together.
