Internal Bearing support spacer used with 8mm O-Ring on 9.525mm axles - 9.525 x 13.525 x 16.5mm

This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 16.5mm (long) & is known as a Bearing Support Spacer. This Bearing Support Spacer fits between the Bearings, along side the 10mm O-Ring when fitting Bearings into a TRAMPA hub when mounting the wheel onto 12mm Axles.

Over time, during the usage of your board, the bearings & spacers are put under a lot of force. Ultimately this force has to go somewhere... The Bearings use a Steel ring in their assembly where as the Bearing Support Spacers are made from Aluminum. Steel is much stronger than Aluminum & when forced against each the aluminum will loose out every time! This is what happens to your spacers between the bearings, the Bearings put force onto your spacers as a consequence over time the spacers shrink... With enough time its possible for an annoying rattle to start.... That's when you fit these 16.5mm spacers with the little 10mm O-Rings to prevent the rattles!! :-)

PRECISION Shim spacer - STAINLESS STEEL - Bridges tiny gaps on axles - 9.525 x 13.525 x 1mm

This tiny STEEL Shim Spacer is precision made to give maximum performance! It is used to hold the bearings in the perfect position & also to bridge tiny gaps on the axles, ensuring an accurate fit with NO rattles!

The Shim spacer slips onto the axle fitting either side of the Bearings when the wheel is being fitted onto 9.525mm Axles.

This tiny spacer positions the wheel perfectly on the axle, holding the Bearing in the best possible place to help achieve maximum spin rate for the wheel. Its little parts like these that suffer the most amount of abuse, especially when they are used in the harsh conditions that they are. Check from time to time they are in good order & possibly replacing them every now & then this good proactice will ensure your board stays in tip-top condition, always!

URBAN CARVER ABEC 5 Bearings 16001 2RS (9.525 x 28 x 8mm) RED Sidewalls with Embossed Logo

TRAMPA's 9.525mm URBAN CARVER Bearings are very special, This Bearing uses an IMPERIAL internal measurement of 3/8ths of an inch (Which when converted to metric is 9.525mm) & a METRIC External measrement of 28mm. The Bearing needs a housing depth of 8mm to seat correctly & will perfectly fit into any of the 6,  7 or 8 Inch TRAMPA HYPA or SUPERSTAR hubs / wheels onto trucks with 9.525mm (3/8ths of an Inch) axles without the need for additional bearing reducer sleeves to convert regular ATB 12mm bearings down to 9.525mm.

This spesial size of bearing is officially known as 16100 2RS. 16100 tells you the Bearings dimensions whilst 2RS means the bearing has 2 Removable Shields. The Removable Rubber Seals are contactless (friction free) & are inserted into the Outer raceway whilst in contact with the inner raceway, protecting the single row of lubricated ball bearings housed within the enclosed raceways from the ingress of moisture, dust & dirt, retaining the pre-filled grease within the bearing and maintaining maxium performance to the board & rider for as long as possible. The rubber coated sidewalls are embossed with the TRAMPA logo proving Top Quality!

TRAMPA's precision made Urban Carve bearings are polished to an internationally recognised ABEC 5 quality. (ABEC 3-5 is recognised as the industry standard). ABEC 5 polishing gives you a super smooth / super fast ride which prolonges top end roll speeds.

TRAMPA's URBAN Carveboard bearing sets are supplied with varying sizes of Bearing Support Spacers. The spacers job is to fit between the bearings in the wheel to support the heavy loads gained through the center of the bearing centre, the centre point needs a strong connection. The spacer maintains best performance to the user for as long as possible. From time to time it is good practice for you to exchange your spacers to ensure maximum performance at all times.

8mm Rubber O-Ring to fit in Bearings - 2mm Section x 8mm Bore NITRILE 70

This O-Ring should be fitted when a 9.525 x 16.5mm Bearing Support Spacer is fitted into the wheel assembly when fitting a wheel onto 9.525mm Axles. It fits alongside the Bearing Support Spacer, in-between the Bearings. This O-Ring prevents rattles from the spacer against the bearings. Over time, during the usage of your board, the bearings & spacers are put under a lot of force. Ultimately this force has to go somewhere... The Bearings use a Steel ring in their assembly where as the Bearing Support Spacers are made from Aluminum. Steel is much stringer than Aluminum & when forced against each the aluminum will loose out every time! This is what happens to your spacers between the bearings, the Bearings put force onto your spacers as a consequence over time the spacers shrink... With enough time its possible for an annoying rattle to start.... That's when you fit these little O-Rings!! :-)
