350mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive 55mm High Power STRONGBELT for Gummie wheels on the CARVE or ORRSOM Boards

This is a 350mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). It is a High Power rated (HP) TRANSMISSON BELT made by the world famous German Brand called STRONGBELT. This one is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Street Carver

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of the E-Boards in its range, a 15mm wide TRANSMISSON BELT as standard! Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 8/9mm transmission belts which can be prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. 

Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power is smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

44 Tooth Slave Pulley - HYPA or SUPERSTAR/MEGASTAR - URBAN Motor Mounts

TRAMPA's 44 Tooth Slave Pulley has been designed to be used specifically when connecting electric motors through the URBAN Motor Mounts when using the new & oversized, super grippy GUMMIES longboard style tyres.  Frank was un-able to design 1 pulley to fit all styles of TRAMPA hub, so there are two different models for HYPA or SUPERSTAR/MEGASTAR Hubs.

The 44 Tooth Slave Pulley has been precision milled from super-light-weight & mega strong Heat Treated T6 Aluminum. The pulleys teeth stand 5mm tall, this is the same size teeth as that found on TRAMPA's Premium 15mm wide German made 'Strongbelt' & when the Strongbelts are wrapped around the pulleys, the belt fits so efficiently it has what we call HIGH TORQUE DRIVE (HTD). HTD insures all of the motors Torque is pushed through the pulleys into the wheels & when coupled with the amazing VESC 6 & 12s Battery power provides instant smooth unreal Power on tap to the rider!

This smaller sized 44 Tooth pulley is actually higher in gearing than the 66 tooth & therefore when fitted it increases the final drive (top Speed) compensating for the smaller sized final drive the wheel was originally intended to fit to... Gummies tyres only measure 125mm which are obviously smaller than 6.5, 7 & 8 inch wheel options we also offer so the Gummies Tyres love the extra gearing the 44 Tooth Brings :-)

TRAMPA's 44 Tooth Slave Pulley for HYPA hubs works in conjunction with all & any of the 13, 14 or 15 tooth Motor Pulley in the range. Changing your Motor Pulley will drastically alter the performance & characteristics of your ride... 13 Tooth motor Pulley is best for Hill Climbing whilst 15 Tooth Motor Pulley is best for high speed, 14 tooth motor Pulley will give you good all round performance...

To connect the 44 Tooth Pulley to the hubs you will need 5 or 6x M4x40mm Socket capped Bolts which screw through the wheel assembly directly into the Pulley very neatly!

Custom 15mm wide Motor Pulley 13, 14 or 15 tooth

TRAMPA's 15mm wide 13-15 Tooth Motor Pulleys connect directly to the Motor Axle & are secured into position using a Magnetic Fixing Key & 4mm Locking Grub Screw.

These custom made Motor Pulley Wheels  fit 15mm wide STRONGBELTS, which should never stretch or break whilst at the same time providing a very smooth power delivery to the user - even from a standing start.

Choice of Aluminium or Black Steel. Aluminium Pulleys are perfect for those looking to save every gram possible on their board - Black Steel Pullys are heavier, but much harder wearing.

Changing your Motor Pulley &/or Drive pulley wheels will drastically change the performance of your ride... :-)

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x8mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.
