Spur Gear Drive 59 Tooth STRAIGHT Cut Slave Pulley - POM
Spur Gear Drives are compatible with Straight-cut or Helical Gears.
The 59-tooth straight-cut Slave Pulley pairs with the 10-tooth straight cut Motor Pulley, giving a gear ratio of 1:5.9. Compared to the 58-tooth Helical Slave Pulley’s ratio of 1:5.8, straight cut gears will ultimately have a lower top speed.
Helical Gears provide more surface contact between the teeth, resulting in a smoother & quieter ride.
Straight-cut Gears are the cheaper option – still providing amazing torque & performance, while running a bit louder than helical.
Connects to Hub Adaptor using 5x m5x12mm Torx head screws.
