Rideguide for Lommelse Vliegervrienden kite club Belgium

Review: Dear Reader,


Following our annual yearly kite-festival which will take place (already for the 14th time) on 28 and 29 July 2007, we are looking for companies, shops, banking agencies, … that are inclined to lend a helping hand. A contribution is possible in many ways: a financial donation, a donation of raffle prices or the offering of services.

In exchange we would like to offer you the possibility to advertise in the recreation tent and/or on the flying-grounds during the festival. In the period prior to the festival we offer you the possibility to advertise on our website (http://www.lommelsevliegervrienden.be).

Our festival has in the past years grown from a few dozen participants to a couple of hundreds coming from various neighbouring countries such as The Netherlands, Germany and France. Because our club is not at the seaside, our festival is unique in Belgium. This makes it extra special for the many participants.

Seen the fact that the flying-grounds are adjacent to one of the main Lommel roads, the festival also draws the attention of many a passer-by who will come and pay a visit.

During our festival many of the different branches of kite-flying are on show: some one hundred one-liners, stack-kiting competitions, a trick-party (everybody can show off his/her best tricks) and on a separate terrain there is room for the power-kites (buggy’s & boards).
