TRAMPA's DOUBLE STACKER MONSTER BATTERY BOX  Surface mounted between the riders feet the MONSTER Box is often thought of as being a little bit ugly, but real beauty is not skin deep & its whats inside that matters... 

This Double stacker Box is surface mounted to allow maximum ground clearance when riding over long distances.

A Double stacker Box can fit up to 4x 22Ah Lipos or 2x 12s9p 18650 cells.

Designed to work in conjunction with a Trampa Electric Mountainboard Deck, the motor cables are installed through rubber grommets and exit via hidden channels under the griptape or Trampa Wings for a sleek and stealthy result.

Made from 2mm & 4mm thick carbon fiber, the Monster box has been precision CNC’d with a 2.1mm groove to allow all panels to slot in perfectly. The box is held together with your choice of anodised aluminum hex spacers and countersunk bolts for a tight and sturdy construction.

The box is held together with Aluminum Hex Spacers that are Glued & Screwed through the base of the box.

It can also be fixed the the board using the latest aluminium stand-off and rubber gaskets,for a strong and stable connection.

For your convenience and additional instruction, we have created special battery pages on the RIDE GUIDE where we are encouraging battery makers from all the corners of the globe who wish to be part of the TRAMPA community to offer their wares & services.  

When installing your chosen batteries into your Monster Box, it’s recommended to secure them with velcro, and then pad the area around the batteries with foam. This reduces vibrations that the batteries experience and will make them last longer.

XT90H-M connector - Male

On most TRAMPA electrical components, you’ll find AMASS XT90 connectors.  With a strong nylon plastic body & cylindrical brass contacts that comfortably fit 10-12 gauge wires, XT90 connectors are rated to handle 90 Amps continuous – but have been tested up to 270A!

Available as standard, or Anti-Spark - we recommend Anti-Spark for connections that are likely to be plugged/unplugged often.

CLASSIC MONSTER Box MkV 2WD BASE

The Monsterbox Classic MkV Base connects to all vertical panels in a Monster Box Classic or Double Stack Monster Box Classic, provided the adjacent panels are also Mk5. They are used with grommets to allow entry into the box by the phase and sensor cables, and the edges of the box are where the hex spacers mount. Additionally, the base is where any Monsterbox is mounted to the board. In this case that can be done via the standard bushing system or Dogbone mounting system. This panel is only designed to operate with 2 motors.

The Monsterbox Classic MkV Lid rests on top of the side and end panels of the Monsterbox Classic MkV and centers the screws into the hex spacers to hold the box together.

TRAMPA CLASSIC Monster Box MKV LID - VESC Side

The Monsterbox Classic MkV VESC Side Lid rests on top of the side and VESC panels of the Monsterbox Classic MkV and centers the screws into the hex spacers to hold the box together. It also acts as an access terminal, allowing you to conduct simple maintenance such as charging and turning your VESCs on and off without opening up the box.
