TRAMPA's 35° 9/69 MOUNTAINBOARD DECK is a fresh cut look of our original 35° range of  Decks.

Straight sided & specially shaped so it can be installed with the TRAMPA WINGS (or used without WINGS if your not wishing to install a center mounted Battery boxes or if you have smaller sized feet not requiring the WINGS) as well as being used as a regular Mountainboard deck being ridden down a hill, the latest 9/69 Mountain board shape has been created more so to perfectly fit with pretty much all of TRAMPA's incredible range of Motor Mounts, Battery boxes & Electrical products. 

WINGS are an injection moulded riser pads that are screwed to & though the surface of the TRAMPA Deck. The WINGS have a foot-hugging W shaped concave surface enhancing comfort under the foot & increasing Grip on the surface & houses an integrated cable routing channel on the underside to allow for under-foot cable routing from the battery boxes to the motors at the rear of the Deck.   

WINGS also increase the width of the deck from 9 to 10 inches!!! Being 10 Inches wide allows more comfort for a larger foot/shoe whilst adding extra leverage beneath the toes & heels, giving adult sized riders tighter turns & arguably deeper carving!

The stiffness of a TRAMPA deck is measured in "Ply", referring to how many layers of the secret formula material are used to make the deck. The more ply added, the stiffer & heavier the deck will be, ranging from 14-18ply in the 9/69 decks and 17-18ply in the Longer 9/73. The number 9 in the name refers to the width of the deck being 9 inches, whilst the 69 or 73 refers to the length of Centimeters (CM's) in the foot stance area. Yes we realise that's mixing up CM's with Inches, but it sort of sounds nice.... The most important things is that with all the different deck ply options over the 2 lengths we offer there’s a perfect TRAMPA deck for everyone! 

TRAMPA decks are universally fitting, they can be drilled to fit all Truck or Binding systems known - this makes TRAMPA decks the perfect option when choosing an upgrade for your existing setup.

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush. 

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

M5 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes to Trucks & Bindings

Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M5 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M5 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for all  Decks & also for the Dome Head Bolts connecting the L BRACKETS to the Bindings. Use an 8mm spanner or Ratchet Drive to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck

Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. Everybody loves stickers, especially TRAMPA VINYL stickers! TRAMPA vinyl's are pain-stakingly hand made at TRAMPA HQ using the absolute finest Vinyl material available! So long as the area it is to be stuck to is clean the Vinyl we use is guaranteed to stick well & not fade for well over 5 years. These BLUE vinyl stickers are sized to fit onto the top of the Trampa deck, the dimensions are 130mm long x 28mm high.

There are loads of colours to choose from and the price starts at just 30 pence each - so custom pimping your deck, car, van, boat, bedroom window or any other surface you can think of that would benefit with a TRAMPA logo slapped on it is really easy & cheap to do... To Apply - Ensure the surface is clean & grease free before applying the sticker. Peel the thick side away from the Masking tape so the sticker appears in reverse (negative) and simply lay the masking tape onto the surface in question. Using your fingers or a soft cloth, rub the masking tape, forcing any air out of the vinyl & allowing the vinyl to stick well. Then gently peel away the masking tape to reveal the Vinly.
