M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

M4 x 10mm TORX Dome/Button Headed Head Bolt DIN6912 Marine Grade Stainless Steel TORX

TORX Screws are less likely to strip out when compared to a hex screw, because of the way the load is distributed and applied between the tool and the hardware. Because of this load distribution, the height of the head of the bolt can be reduced - making them nice & flush.

460 long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) 5M (5mm Tooth Space) High Power (HP) STRONGBELT for TRAMPA Mountainboards

This ia 460mm long x 15mm wide High Torque Drive (HTD) Re-enforced Rubber Belt, which has 5mm Tooth Spacing (5M). This Belt is High Power rated (HP) & arguably over engineered for our application as the belt is made in Germany by the world famous company called STRONGBELT, who usually supply into heavy industry public sector applications which demand much more stringent requirements of any electric skateboard! This belt is used to transfer the power from the Motor & Motor Pulley into power at the rear wheels of a TRAMPA Electric Mountainboard.

TRAMPA opted to set a new standard in E-Skating, becoming the first in the world to fit to all of its E-Boards, a 15mm wide TRANSMISSON BELT. Our standard 15mm belt is almost double the width of nearly all other E-Sk8's out there, they tend to use a flimsy off the shelf 9mm transmission belt which are prone to stretch, slip & ultimately snap. Using a re-enforced 15mm wide High Power Belt reduces stretch, eliminates slip & as a consequence provides a constantly smooth whilst incredibly intuitive power delivery direct to the rear Drive Wheels of your board. When accelerating or engine breaking (KERS), even from a standing start the STRONGBELT power is smooth & does not slip, or strain the motor, it does a damn gooood job!.....

Custom 15mm wide Motor Pulley 13, 14 or 15 tooth

TRAMPA's 15mm wide 13-15 Tooth Motor Pulleys connect directly to the Motor Axle & are secured into position using a Magnetic Fixing Key & 4mm Locking Grub Screw.

These custom made Motor Pulley Wheels  fit 15mm wide STRONGBELTS, which should never stretch or break whilst at the same time providing a very smooth power delivery to the user - even from a standing start.

Choice of Aluminium or Black Steel. Aluminium Pulleys are perfect for those looking to save every gram possible on their board - Black Steel Pullys are heavier, but much harder wearing.

Changing your Motor Pulley &/or Drive pulley wheels will drastically change the performance of your ride... :-)

The KEYWAY connects between the Motor Pulley & the Motor Axle Shaft to eliminate slip under power 3x3x8mm

TRAMPA's Motor Axle Shaft to Pulley KEYWAY measures 3 x 3 x 8mm. It connects into the Motor Pulley when mounted onto the motor Axle Shaft & is used to center the pulley on the Axle & to assist in delivering all the power from the motor without slip! This KEYWAY will fit to all TRAMPA motors amongst others.

TRAMPA's Axle length measures 38.5mm (from motor housing to end of shaft) & has a Diameter of 8mm. The centre of the key (3 x 3 x 8mm) sits 16.70mm away from the Motor front. Front side of Motor to Center of Key! Deduct 4mm & you have the length from front side of motor to the start of key....

66 Tooth Slave Pulley - Fits 15mm Belts to megastar SUPERSTAR, HYPA & PRIMO Wheels on URBAN Motor Mounts

TRAMPA's 66 Tooth URBAN mount Slave Pulley fits to any of the HYPA, SUPERSTAR or PRIMO wheels in the TRAMPA product Range & are used when connecting electric motors to the URBAN Motor Mounts.

The 66 Tooth URBAN Slave Pulley has been precision milled from super-light-weight & mega strong Heat Treated T6 Aluminum. The pulleys teeth stand 5mm tall, this is the same size teeth as that found on TRAMPA's 15mm wide 'Strongbelt' & when TRAMPA's Premium Strongbelts are wrapped around the pulleys, using the belt tension facility to screw down & increase the tension on the belt the connection between the teeth & the belt becomes so efficient it has what we call HIGH TORQUE DRIVE (HTD). HTD ensures all of the motors Torque is forced through the pulleys to the wheels & when coupled with the amazing VESC 6 & 12s Battery power provides instant smooth unreal Power on tap to the rider!

With the use of some very special Threaded Hex Spacers & Socket capped Bolts the 66 Tooth URBAN Mount Slave Wheel connects directly into any of the GUMMIES, 6.5, 7 or 8 Inch SUPERSTAR or HYPA Wheels as well as into the PRIMO 3 spoke 9 Inch wheels to give a massive final drive... - 1 pulley, 3 uses, Amazing! :-)

TRAMPA's 66 tooth URBAN Mount Slave Wheel works in conjunction with all & any of the 13, 14 or 15 tooth Motor Pulley in the range. Changing your Motor Pulley will drastically alter the performance & characteristics of your ride... 13 Tooth is best for Hill Climbing whilst 15 Tooth is best for high speed, 14 tooth will give you all round performance...
