Trampa use only the finest A4 Marine Grade stainless steel in all of their hardware which means your Trampa can be used and handle the harshest of environments...

Use an 4mm Allen or HEX key and a 10mm socket drive to tighten the nuts onto the bolts.

All bolts are dipped in Blue Glue paste to give the ultimate secure fix.

All nuts are fitted with the internationally renowned "Nylock" locking system.

The shorter bolt avoids excessive thread exposure on thinner (11/12ply) decks.

Using A2 marine grade Stainless steel to provide the finest quality nuts and bolts, this 8 piece set consists of  M6 x 20mm Countersunk Allen Key headed bolt with Blue locking paste, 6mm nylock nuts and 6mm form B washers. Perfect for the Trampa deck and an important upgrade when converting your trucks over to a new Trampa deck.

By using counter sunk bolts to fit the bindings to the deck we are able to ensure a flush whilst very secure fit to the deck, giving no nasty bolt exposure on the underside of the deck allowing the rider to board slide on any suitable obstacles.

The ply of the deck will determine the length of the bolt required as a 11/12ply Trampa deck is much thiner than a 17ply.

M6 x 20mm Countersunk TORX Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

Made from A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel, all of the nuts, bolts & screws used in a TRAMPA board have proven to be up to the challenge of holding everything together. Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel also means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the harshest of weather conditions & will laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks - which can turn other manufacturers’ nuts & bolts into corroded rusting wrecks!

Wherever possible, we dip all our bolts into BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE, to ensure an extra strong & secure fix between the nuts & bolts.

The head of this Bolt is COUNTERSUNK, meaning that when screwed into position it sits flush & neat with the surface its screwed into. Preventing bolts from standing proud eliminates the chance of anything getting "snagged or hung-up" should it get caught on something..

M6 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes Bindings & Trucks to Deck

Introducing TRAMPA's M6 (6mm Thread) A4 Grade Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M6 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to the Regular shaped M6 Bolts that hold the TRUCKS to the DECK for the HOLYPRO Decks & also for the countersunk bolts connecting the L BRACKETS TO the DECKs. Use an 10mm spanner or SOCKET for a Ratchet Driver to tighten the Nut onto the Bolt. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!
