Ratchet Binding Footstrap & Ladder - Black straps on Black Foam

TRAMPA Ratchet style foot-straps are the strongest & most Sturdy bindings on the market! Ergonomically designed to ensure a comfy fit, TRAMPA Bindings will keep your feet, locked into the perfect position, enabling your board to be as responsive as it should.? The L Brackets are connected to the footstraps using Marine Grade Stainless Steel Extra Wide DOME HEADED BOLTS. These will not "Pull through" or interfere with the comfort on the side of your foot what so ever.... 

Our amazing foot-straps have a special "SLOT" on the top of the plastic strap to allow the "90º Hook" (found on the base of the Ratchet or Camlock Buckle), to locate into.  This special slot locks the Buckle perfectly into place, eliminating any potential movement. A special Marine Grade Stainless Steel STAR NUT pushes into the foam from the underside of the strap & a 8mm countersunk bolt tightens the buckle firmly into the strap. Replacement foot-straps are sold as pairs & will fit both RATCHET & CAMLOCK Buckles. Ladder straps are sold separately.

Camlock Buckles fit too Footstrap & Heelstrap Bindings

The Camlock Buckle is an integral part of the Camlock Binding. Using a Marine Grade Stainless Steel M5 x 8mm Counrtersunk bolt to screw into a submerged Star Nut that is housed within the TRAMPA Ratchet style Footstraps & the TRAMPA Heelstrap Bindings. There is a spacial hook on the underneath of the CAMLOCK that positions into a special slot on the Footstrap. this special hook & Slot enables the camlock to fit very tightly, securing the ladder strap that is fed into it in the correct position whilst giving secure adjustment to the bindings to fit your foot size.

Unlike the Ratchet buckle, the Camlock will not open or close on you regardless of accidents, your bindings will remain in the same open position until the clip is un-done & the ladder is moved into a new position, this means they wont close on you even when deck lands Binding side down making them the perfect choice of binding option for Kite Boarders who potentially do soar great heights into the air whilst making board off maneuvers, inevitably the deck will get dropped, potentially on the bindings and should they close up on you like what might happen to Ratchet style bindings, (Ratchet Bindings are more suited to Mountainboarding) then this will make it very difficult to be able to get your foot back into the bindings especially when you have a huge kite in the air that you are attached to, opening up the bindings whilst the kite is dragging you around can be a real pain in the XXX, so always best to use Camlocks Bindings if you are Kiteboarding.

L Bracket - Anodised SILVER with BLACK logo

TRAMPA L Brackets are made using 5mm thick Extruded T6 Aluminum. They should never fail on you. Once they have been forced through the die, the continuous L shape that comes out the other side is then punched into the shape you can see. Extruding aluminum gives the metal it the strongest molecular structure possible and it comes naturally with a high quality polished finish that is perfect for Anodising or Powdercoating. Before any surface coatings are added the L Bracket is sent away for more polishing, this extra polishing adds boldness to the shade and depth added to the colour. All L Brackets come with a complimenting TRAMPA logo. M5x20mm Dome head bolts hold the L Bracket to the Straps. M6x25mm Countersunk bolts hold the L Bracket to the deck. You can customise the position of the L bracket & strap to your requirements. Fits to all TRAMPA footstraps and most other brands foot straps & is compatible to fit to both MBS & Scrub boards. Ensure all your nuts and bolts are tight before riding!

TRAMPA's RATCHET BUCKLE connects to Footstraps & to Heel Straps. The Ratchet Buckles are fundamental component part of the Bindings, the Ratchet Style bindings will not function without them. Ratchet Buckles are mostly commonly used by Mountain Boarders looking for the most secure connection to the Deck. By simply lifting the ratchet lever up & down feeds the strap into the Ratchet Buckle gradually tightening as it goes. You can tighten the strap as much as you comfortably like the bindings to be. Mega Grippy & really easy to apply. Ensure the decks surface is clean & dry before application. Easy to custom shape, simply draw your shape on the back & cut out with Scissors or sharp knife. Remember to use a ruler for clean edges. Watch your fingers when slicing, please ask an adult to make this work if you are under 16 & please remember, when you draw on the back of the grip tape remember its a mirror image so do everything in switch! Use a template for best results... :-)

XT90H-M connector - Male

On most TRAMPA electrical components, you’ll find AMASS XT90 connectors.  With a strong nylon plastic body & cylindrical brass contacts that comfortably fit 10-12 gauge wires, XT90 connectors are rated to handle 90 Amps continuous – but have been tested up to 270A!

Available as standard, or Anti-Spark - we recommend Anti-Spark for connections that are likely to be plugged/unplugged often.

TRAMPA's own 160Kv 6364 2400w DC Brushless High Torque & High Speed Motor with 300mm TEMP Sensor cables Suitable for Single or TWIN Motor Drives!

TRAMPA's very own purpose made 136 KV Fully HALL & TEMPERATURE censored BLDC & FOC 6364 Out-Runner Motor provides 136 RPM per volt @ 1Nm. It has been CUSTOM MADE to handle HIGH VOLTAGE SET-UPS, i.e 26-44V using for example the VESC 4 & 6 speed controller. The Motor easily switches between FOC & BLDC modes running effortlessly in either mode.

The Motor houses Ultra high Temperature Copper & Ultra Strong High Temperature Neodymium Magnets. We designed an Extended & Heat treated 8mm Steel Axle shaft that's locked in position using 5 high precision Japanese Bearings, All screws & fixings used in its assembly are Marine Grade Stainless Steel, this motor easily out performs all & any competition on the market in so many aspects & its applicational use is almost endless!

Our special design allows you to to also fit  metal mesh filters to prevent the impregnation of larger particles ending in your motor! The front sided motor shield is equipped with twelve M4 treads, sitting on a 44mm diameter circle. The extra threads will allow you to mount the motor in the exact angle you wish, so that the three motor cables always sit in the perfect angle towards the mount or deck.

When handling and inspecting the motor the copper's appearance is almost dark red, suggesting very high quality & looks very special on first impression. 

TRAMPA's 118 kv Motor is fitted with an 38.5mm x 8mm (Extra long) Heat Treated Hardened Steel Motor Shaft, which is also fitted with a KEYWAY locator as standard! The extra length of the Axle allows us to fit Extra wide Motor Pulleys, meaning we fit a 15mm HTD 5M STRONGBELT as standard. A wider belt guarantees a much stronger power delivery. The end of the motor axle is supported with the use of a Bearing that is located in a Fixed housing, soaking up the strain of the powerful motor, & eliminating the possibility of bending the motor axle... Two 3x3x8mm KEYs lock the Axle shaft at both ends (1 into the Rotor & 1 into the Motor Pulley), eliminating all & any "Motor slip", thus providing maximum performance to the rider & gaining critical data for the VESC, ensuring all its high tech facilities can run as expected. TRAMPA's special motors are fitted with internal PCB Hall Sensors.

The Can Section of the motor has been Powder Coated White & finished with a very stylish Gold TRAMPA logo whilst the vented Aluminum end plates of the motor have been color coordinated Anodised Black. The Heavy Duty power cables use 4mm Gold Plated Bullet Connectors to connect to a power source. Typically for TRAMPA only Marine Grade Stainless Steel Fixings have been used in the assembly of this motor. & no parts will rust on you. This Motor can be connected to any of the Motor Pulleys in the TRAMPA product Range amongst others out there on the market...

M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing  into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in  BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

Introducing TRAMPA's M4 (4mm Shaft) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M4 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts. 

This Nut is used to fix to tighten to the M4 Socket Capped Bolts that hold the HYPA & SUPERSTAR hubs together. To fit the nuts M4 use an 8mm spanner or  8mm Ratchet Socket to turn the Nut onto the Bolt whilst holding the bolt with a 3mm Allen Key. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

M5 Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut - Fixes to Trucks & Bindings

Introducing TRAMPA's M5 (5mm Thread) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. 7/16ths Nut - Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Axle HALF nut (W7/16-20T UNF) - Fits to 12mm Axles

This very special 7/16_^ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nyloc HALF NUT is custom made specially to fit the TRAMPA products. Half nut means - half as the size of a regular nut, so half the size = half the weight of a normal nut.. By using Half nuts on the axles reduces the over all length of the axle & kingpin therefore further reducing weight in the Truck! A few Grams here & a few grams there soon adds up & makes all the difference to the total Truck & consequently deck weight, specially in critical areas of the deck such as the wheels area, where a few grams makes all the difference...

This very special 3/8_^ths of an inch Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Half Nut official factory measurements are  W7/16 - 20T - UNF. This Nut is used to hold the wheels onto the axles of the Spring Trucks fitted with 12mm axles. The Nut is fitted as standard with the world renowned NYLOC System. The Nyloc "locks the Nut onto the Bolt" eliminating vibration, keeping your nuts tighter for longer!

Use a 16mm or 5/8th_^ths of an Inch spanner to tighten / loosen the Nut onto the Axle or Kingpin. Do not overtighten the nut & make sure the wheel can spin freely but does not rattle & do not crush your bearings. Being Marine Grade Stainless Steel this nut will not rust you! Always ensure all ur nuts are tight before you ride!

M5 Star Nut - Fixes Ratchet & Camlock to footstraps - Marine Grade Stainless steel

TRAMPA's M5 STAR NUT fastener is used for fixing the RATCHET or CAMLOCK to the BINDING FOOTSTRAP. This nut is made from Marine Grade Stainless Steel and is Guaranteed never to rust on you! 

The cerated edges of the nut cut into the foam of the footstrap & create a solid fix into the bindings. The nut pushes into the foam of the Binding holding the Ratchet in the perfect position. As a tip, use an axle spacer to push the STAR NUT into position within the foot strap. It needs a good push into position to ensure it doesnt rip free from the fixing....   Use M5 x 8mm countersunk bolt to fix Ratchet or Camlock into the Footstrap   

Wheel support spacer for all TRAMPA Wheels on 12mm ATB Axles - CNC precision 12mm x 16mm x 18.2mm - CUSTOM

This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 18.2mm (long) & has 2 uses!. It is firstly known as the Bearing Support Spacer as this Spacer fits between the Bearings of a 6 Spoked HYPA Hub, (when mounting the HYPA wheel onto 12mm Axles) & secondly it is also known as the AXLE SUPPORT SPACER as this spacer is also used to position any of the TRAMPA wheels in the perfect position onto the axles of 12mm TRAMPA Spring trucks....

The  INFINITY Baseplate will fit to all of the TRAMPA Spring Truck Hangers but is designed specifically to work in conjunction with the Mini Spring Hanger as it houses a NEW Dual Spring Adjuster position! The  INFINITY Baseplate is, as its name suggests, designed & built to last forever! Aircraft grade 6061 Aluminum is forced through a Die to create our re-enforced extruded profile. Extruding Aluminum ensures consistent high quality strength. Once Extruded the Baseplate is T6 Heat Treated. Heat treating extruded aluminum fuses the molecules even closer together making it as strong as possible, enabling the INFINITY Baseplate to easily cope with the extreme stresses of all types of off road boarding.

Once Heat Treated, the profile has its fixing holes punched into position & then its Bead Polished in preparation to be Anodised Silver. Once the colour has dried, the Baseplate is then returned to the factory for the precision CNC Machine to accurately mill the Kingpin holes, giving the exact precision required for constructing the Truck.

Ensuring we deliver the maximum strength possible the hanger body of all of the Spring Trucks in the TRAMPA range are made from super strong FORGED ALUMINUM & this INFINITY hanger is one solid entity with no weight saving cut outs or or fancy Axels & weighs in as the Strongest!

The Infinity Hanger is machined on the underside to allow countersunk bolts to push through & position the springs in the correct locations. The Infinity ATB Trucks has been given 2 Spring position settings, allowing Inside spring position setting for easy/fast carve steering & outside spring position for larger sized or high speed thrill seeker riders!

The Infinity ATB Hanger is drilled & machine fitted with Heat Treated 12mm SOLID STEEL Axles. Custom Kingpin for Spring Trucks - M8x80mm Nikle Plated, Stainless Steel or TITANIUM

This M8 x 80mm Spring Truck Kingpin is used to connect the Hanger & the Baseplate on the TRAMPA'S SPRING & MINI SPRING Trucks. By using an 8mm Kingpin we have managed to save weight whilst retaining all the strength necessary for the job, by using high quality metals!

This M8 x 80mm Kingpin connects into an M6 Nut. You'll need a 5mm Allen key to hold the Kingpin & a 10mm spanner to tighten/loosen your M6 Kingpin Nut.

This Kingpin pushes through plastic bushings before being placed into position in the Truck System. The Plastic bushings allow the metal parts (Hanger & Baseplate) to move inside each other without allowing the metal parts to touch or wear out. The plastic bushings will wear out over time and use and will eventually perish and need replacing. SO, make sure your Bushings are always in good working order after riding riding or when upgrading your Kingpin, it might be time to replace them too due to the unavoidable wear and tear of moving mountainboard parts.

These Kingpins lives up to TRAMPA's incredibly high quality standards, but it's always handy to have a spare just in case you do break one out on a ride....

The Bushings allow the movement (steering) without wearing out the metal parts. The Kingpin bushings are a small item & are subjected to a lot of forces & stress, through regular use they will ultimately wear out & need replacing. Depending on what surface you are riding on & the nature of your riding style will depend on how long these bushings will last you.

To make sure your trucks are always performing at their best you should keep some spare on the shelf at home & inspect these tiny bushings regular basis (preferably before riding) & in particular replace any that are showing signs of wear & then even if they are not broken from time to time replace them anyway...

The difference between the four bushings is the thickness of the base. The different base sizes are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. 2.5mm is the standard size we work to. As all trucks have 4 bushings this .5mm difference in each of the bushing bases allows us to bridge a maximum distance of 2mm (4x.05mm=2m) resolving any foreseeable problems.

They easily squeeze into the space between the Baseplate & Hanger & being made to measure they are firstly very easy to fit with no clamps or tools required to squueze them into position & secondly to be super responsive to the rider.!  Once the spring assembly is fitted correctly the steering resistance is taken up instantly!

Our Springs have been designed to work in perfect harmony with the TRAMPA DAMPA's & TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER providing maximum performance from the "Spring assembly" to the rider. The DAMPA's drop into the SPRING & the SPRING RETAINERS seal the ends of the spring, holding the DAMPA in exact position to be pre-loaded & squeezed into the truck. Using just a little bit of muscle, squeeze the loaded spring into the truck, then lock the spring into position using the Spring Adjuster & M5 x 12mm Countersunk Bolt. Spring Retainer - Specially designed to work in harmony with the Dampa & spring

TRAMPA's very own & very special re-enforced Spring retainer. Specifically shaped to fit tightly inside the TRAMPA springs & snugly hold the Trampa Dampa in the exact position to give precision steering to the rider. Made by Injection Moulding using original Dupont Materials, with an extra wide Marine-Grade Stainless Steel Flanged Insert seated internally, re-enforcing the Retainer. The Extra Strength of the re-enforced flange, eliminates the need for a very fiddly fitting washer, that is still found in the MBS and Scrub boards today.

Designed to work in harmony with the TRAMPA spring and TRAMPA Dampa to help create immediate resistance from your steering system. With TRAMPA Embossed around the rim of the retainer - you'll have performance with pimpness!

The TRAMPA DAMPA is a Urethane Elastomer that fits inside the Spring of a Truck. Its purpose is to support the Spring & give extra resistance during steering. Its clever design has three balls stacked & connected on-top of each other. The middle ball is slightly fatter than the outer two, during steering they all compress against each other giving greater feed back in your turns. This stacked design gives a fantastic progressive feel to steering.

By varying the SHORE DUROMETER (Rubber Hardness) strength of the Urethane mixture, we can control the amount of movement in the DAMPA. This in turn allows the rider to custom tune the resistance of their steering perfect to their requirements. The spheres of the DAMPA fit perfectly into the cup of the specially made TRAMPA SPRING RETAINER which is the part that locates & locks the Spring in the the TRAMPA SPRING TRUCKS, and they instantly start to work with the slightest movement from the rider. TRAMPA DAMPA's work in harmony with the rider, supplying the perfect amount of steering resistance whilst eliminating all chances of speed wobble. Now available in 5 different steering resistance's for all levels of rider out there, Orange DAMPA's are for easy steering, whilst White DAMPA's are for the totally committed! 

Turning the Spring Adjuster clockwise pre-loads the tension in the Spring and DAMPA. This can be adjusted on the fly to suit the terrain & conditions. Turning the spring adjuster too much will put pressure on the DAMPA & eventually it may split. Rather than putting too much pressure into the DAMPA, consider up-grading the DAMPA to a harder Shore Durometer as this will most likely increase your performance than over tightening a DAMPA that's not stiff enough for you. Please use the table below for guide.

Spring Adjuster - Marine Grade Stainless Steel

TRAMPA's very own & very special SPRING ADJUSTER is made using A4 MARINE GRADE STAINLESS STEEL & is guaranteed never to rust on you! The Spring adjuster is fitted to the trucks once the springs have been pushed into position. The spring adjuster pre-tensions the steering suitable for the rider’s requirements. We designed the Spring Adjuster to be slightly shorter in length than other brands’, to avoid  the tip of the adjuster poking through the internal of the Spring Retainer, and interfering with the performance of the DAMPA located on the inside of the Retainer.

Should you need extra resistance from your steering because you wish to ride fast, or if you need more steering because the course is twisty, then you can very easily & quickly adjust the resistance of your steering by simply turning the spring adjuster in the correct direction. To get the most out of your trucks on changeable terrain, simply use a 4mm Allen Key to make your adjustments. Winding the Spring Adjuster clockwise increases the steering resistance, which in turn restricts wobble at high speed. Turning the Adjuster anti-clockwise loosens the steering allowing a more carvey ride.  

DO NOT over tighten your Spring Adjuster, as this may crush your DAMPA. If you need more steering resistance upgrade your DAMPA's & do not over tighten!

Longboard & Skateboard Bearings (8 x 22 x 7mm) Red Black Blue White or GREEN Ceramic sidewalls ABEC 7 608

TRAMPA's Longboard bearings will fit to all classic Longboard & Skateboard Wheels.

TRAMPA's Skate sized 608 Bearing (8 x 22 x 7mm) is internationally known as 608 2RS Longboard Bearing or Skateboard Bearing. It is the High Precision stock choice of bearing supplied with all TRAMPABOARDS that use 8mm Axles.

TRAMPA's 608 Skate Bearing has been polished to a an above genuine ABEC 7 quality rating & offers fantastic performance to the user. This Bearing will spin very fast for prolonged periods & it with regular servicing & a few drops of Speed Cream every now & then will last you a very long time. too. The internal Ball Bearings are mounted in a stainless steel raceway & are coated in very fine grease similar to the properties of Speed Cream.

As with all of TRAMPA's Bearings this Longboard Bearing has been fitted with Friction Free (contact-less) Removable Shields making servicing really easy. To Service your Bearings use a sharp knife or 'Pick' to carefully take out the Removable Sleeves from the bearing & clean/soak the bearings in a pot of Petrol or Thinners. Once clean, dry thoroughly & add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. Remember to wipe up any excess cream spinning out of your bearings onto your wheels as this will attract dust & dirt looking messy in turn.

& add a few drops of Speed Cream. A few drops is more than enough so don't go pouring loads in, the oil just needs spreading over all of the surfaces so pop them on the axle & give them a spin to spread the cream evenly & only add 1 more drop of Speed cream if necessary. 8 Inch Inner Tube PRIMO 8x2 inch 200x50mm - fits 3.75 inch Rims & 8 inch tyres

PRIMO's own 8 Inch Inner Tube has dimensions of 200mm (outer diameter) x 50mm (width) & will fit into all known 8 inch Tyres & ATB hubs on the market!

The CST PRIMO Inner Tube incorporates slightly thicker rubber into its manufacture process which means the tube is slightly heavier than alternatives but does allow the rider to inflate slightly higher. This extra thickness also gives some extra resistance to punctures, but punctures suck, so always carry a spare inner tube when you are riding as you never know when you might get one.  

The PRIMO Tube uses a 90º Brass Inflation valve which will not rust on you & comes as you would expected with a plastic "anti dust" valve cap!

BLACK Anodised CLASSIC 5 SPOKE - Extruded T6 Aluminum Heat treated & CNC Precision milled fits all SUPERSTAR & MEGASTAR Wheels

TRAMPA SPOKES fit all SUPERSTAR & MEGASTAR Hubs. TRAMPA's Spokes are produced using the finest 6061 'Aero-Grade' Aluminum, which to maximise strength & performance are produced with the use of an Extrusion Die, which means TRAMPA spokes are made in one continuous piece before being sliced like bread to the required thickness. Before being sliced the extruded profile is T6 Heat Treated making the resulting Alloy extremely strong. 

Once sliced the Raw Spokes are sent to the CNC machine to mill out the bearing housing perfectly. Before being anodised the spokes are bead polished which not only gives a top quality finish but also removes all & any sharp edges, then finally sent away to the Anodisers to have the relevant striking colours added for top surface protection.

Precision injection moulded, using original DuPont materials, this Spacer provides essential support for the Spokes in the Superstar hubs. There is a Deep Shelf on the Rim of the Spacer which pushes into the internal side of the Spoke, positioning the Spacer/spoke perfectly for assembly. The thick plastic ensures a very strong support platform maximising Bearing support & spin rate always....

The PRIMO ALPHA Lite tyre is a super light-weight Off-Road Tyre. Using just 2 PR of the finest grade rubber & incorporating a very high TPI under its skin combined together these secret details reduce weight considerably, making its reputation as the worlds best Off Road 8-inch Tyre! When inflated the PRIMO ALPHA Lite tyre measures 200x50mm. The Tyre incorporates a 3.75 inch Steel Band into the rim to hold everything in position & it slips onto the TRAMPA hubs perfectly. The ALPHA tyre will fit to all known hub Brands that are used for Mountainboarding & Kiteboarding. 

Made from relatively softish rubber the ALPHA tyre gives fantastic grip. Its design incorporates a wide center bead to allow & maintain straight line speed, whist its surrounding edges are beautifully sculptured wide grooves that supply high levels of grip regardless of the terrain type. - This tyre really is great for all off road applications.

The more you inflate your Tyres the faster you will roll!  The official maximum inflation pressure set by the factory for the ALPHA Tyre is 50psi, but the ALPHA Tyres are made so well & the TRAMPA Hubs are so strong that our Crash test Dummies (I mean Team Riders) have been known to inflate these Tyres well beyond their recommended pressures with no problems to mention. Over inflating your tyres may lead to an explosion which could seriously injure you. If you do decide to go beyond the max inflation pressure ensure your nuts & bolts are tight & deflate back to a regular pressure after use.
